About this house rental
Located in Roanoke Island, this attractive house for £177 per night is a great option for your next break. This home is located in the Village of Nags Head, an ocean to sound community. It is a comfortable, three bedroom, two and a half bath beach property on North Carolina's scenic Outer Banks. Home has a front porch/deck and a spacious rear deck with a picnic table. Concrete lower deck area has a 10x20 in-ground pool. Rental includes use of the Village Beach Club with snack bar, tennis and direct ocean access. The property is across from the Nags Head Golf Links that is open to the public. The house is convenient to shopping and a variety of excellent restaurants. Outer Banks attractions include four (4) lighthouses (including the famous Cape Hatteras lighthouse), fishing piers, the Lost Colony play, Wright Brothers Memorial and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Roanoke Island, just across the sound from Nags Head has small shops, boardwalk waterfront and the Festival Park with a full size replica of the Elizabeth II, a pre-colonial sailing ship. Wild horse tours are also available in Corolla north of Nags Head. Rentals are for related family groups only and are Friday-to-Friday to avoid heavy weekend beach traffic on changeover days. Linens are provided. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons, including children. DUE TO INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS WITH THE BACKYARD POOL, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE AT LEAST 12 YEARS OF AGE. The property is located in an area with permanent residents - guests are requested to maintain a low noise level. No pets. No vaping-Non-smoking .

Despite the tropical storm we enjoyed or stay. The property is so close to so many attractions and restaurants it was perfect. Property owners were very responsive and great to work with and made us feel very welcome. We hope to come back!

This house was very clean and is well stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Plenty of places to relax outside what with the front deck and view of the golf course and sound, the back deck and a great private pool. Plenty of space inside too! We found the neighborhood to be quiet and very convenient to the beach. Also, we took advantage of the Village Beach Club membership several times during our week. Keith is very easy to work with and I highly recommend his place.

Absolutely loved this property.The owners made sure that you had everything you needed for a worryfree vacation. The added extra amenities were much appreciated. The pool was amazing! The local Restaurants and Shopping were easily accessible. I cant forget Duck Donuts. The $20 gift card was a pleasant surprise and the Donuts are like no others.

My family and I really enjoyed this sweet cottage and felt very comfortable there. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed having the private pool too. It is clear that the owners regularly update and maintain the cottage. We enjoyed how quiet the community is as well. We did have an issue, but it was resolved quickly. The owner and property manager are easy to get a hold of and respond quickly. We plan on renting again.

We absolutely love this vacation home. It is so beautiful and was perfect for our family of four adults. Everything you need is included and so there are so many extras. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The private pool is great and includes lots of comfy seating. The location of the home is outstanding - especially if you are a golfer! We loved having access to the beach club, it made going to the beach so quick and easy. Keith was wonderful to work with. He provided many helpful tips for restaurants and attractions. We had a memorable and relaxing week and are already looking forward to visiting next year!

My family of four stayed here for 7 nights and we enjoyed every minute! This property has it all and is so clean. We enjoyed the private pool, access to beach and beach club and even the board games! Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked. We are so glad we found this property and had the chance to stay here. The owners were also very responsive throughout the booking process! I would recommend this place to any family size of 6 people and under. Nice neighborhood too!

Beautiful home for a couple or family vacation. This home has picturesque scenery of the sound. Centrally located on the outer banks to allow you to explore from North to South. Home is very well equipped. Pool was beautiful (weather was too chilly for us to use). Made for a perfect home away from home!

This property has a great location. It is minutes away from the grocery store, Duck Donuts, restaurants, and the beach. The Village Beach Club was delightful. Beach access and a community pool. The house was wonderful! The size was perfect for our family. The carpets had just been cleaned. We enjoyed the private pool and the view of the Sound and driving range from the front porch.

Everything and more
Could not have asked for better! Owners are very kind and responsive. Plenty of room and comfort for our family of 5 (adults and teens). Well-stocked kitchen/bathroom supplies and many beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas) to borrow. The beach is a very short drive and even walkable (it's about a quarter mile). Access to beach club is great for convenient beach parking. Very quiet, peaceful, beautiful community. All of the above make this a wonderful place to stay, but there are two things that put this specific property over the top. First is the backyard pool. It was so awesome to have the pool as a secondary place to relax for those times when going to the beach was more than we wanted. Second, there is a strip mall with Food Lion grocery store, Duck Donuts, and more close by and accessible without even having to navigate a traffic light. We were blessed to have found this place and to have made it our home for a week in the Outer Banks!

Perfect vacation!
House was beautiful, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Property was spotless upon arrival, communication with owner was timely and helpful every step of the way. We all enjoyed the pool. Property was conveniently located to activities (and groceries), beach club was convenient and easy to use. We had a wonderful week at the OBX and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay
We have stayed in many VRBO properties, and this one was by far our favorite. The house was fabulous—better than the pictures. We spent time in the private pool and the deck and patio areas. The house was clean and full of anything one might need. The location was perfect. We rented bikes and rode all over, walked to the beach, and drove to attractions to the north and south. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, with lovely sunsets over the sound. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Book this house!
This was our first time to OBX and I could not have been happier with this property and the location. Nags Head is a great central location to enjoy all of the outer banks. We loved that it was easy walking to the club house and beach and that we had a view of the sound and could walk a short way to see the sunset at night. The house was fully equipped with anything you need! We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one was above and beyond-it really felt like home. The beach equipment was appreciated as we didn’t need to haul anything with us. Thank you Keith and Linda for your wonderful hospitality. We would recommend to anyone!

Amazing rental
This was our first time visiting the outer banks. We had the best vacation here. There is so much to see and do including relaxing on the beach. Communication with Keith was top notch. From the tone we made our reservation and continued through our vacation. Very hands on and able to answer any and all questions. The vacation home was more than we expected. Everything was clean and I good condition. Pool area was wonderful after spending a day on the beach we were able to just come back and relax. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental. It was amazing and had everything we needed.

Not only is the home exceptional, but the owners of the property were some of the NICEST PEOPLE to deal with. Any questions, concerns or comments were addressed IMMEDIATELY. THEY made the experience so much better.
The golf course is literally an 8 iron away. Tough links style, golf management type course and EXCEPTIONALLY well maintained. You need to be able to play the wind.

Wasn't a bad walk to the beach other than waiting for the light at the highway. Golf course was nice but tricky because holes are short. But was beautiful to golf on the bay. Most things to do are centrally located to this house so of you have a family that likes different things not a bad travel distance to most things. We would stay here again. Owners are very nice and helpful. Over all had a nice time.

Fantastic Property!
I can’t say enough about this property! It was super clean and extremely well laid out for my family. It was stocked with paper products, laundry soap....even bath soap! The private pool and patio area were perfect.
Keith was great to work with. He truly wanted to make sure my family had a great vacation. He answered all my questions before I even had to ask them. The cranberry orange bread was a kind welcome gift!
I cannot see my family staying anywhere else when we visit the OBX. This property has definitely set the bar.

Great Property in a Perfect Location
My husband and I were first timers to the OBX and this property could not have been more perfect for us! It is in a centralized location that made our travels up to Corolla and down to Ocracoke easy. Once you are in the neighborhood, you don’t see or hear any of the traffic from the main road, and the private beach via the VBC pass was great! We also enjoyed having the pool on site at the property to cool off in. Keith is an excellent host - check in was super easy and he had even left us a list of personalized recommendations for first time visitors to the OBX. The home looked just like the pictures online and everything was provided to make our stay easy - plenty of paper products, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. All we really needed was our clothes, food, and personal toiletries!

Exceptional property with wonderful and attentive owners!
This property is very well cared for with attentive owners. They have provided everything you need and more. We walked in and immediately noticed that there was great attention to detail. After having stayed at several properties in the past, we can honestly say this was the most “at home” we had felt. The owners’ pride in their property shows. We would happily return. The location is great and we were able to relax and take advantage of the pool and the wonderful weather to spend time with our parents and young children.

A perfect week!
Keith & Linda were absolutely wonderful and their place was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers). This was our first trip to the OBX and we had the best week. The house was as stated and it was the best equipped house that I have ever stayed during vacation. Everything you have in your kitchen at home, you have at this vacation home. They thought of everything! Keith kept in great communication and seemed to geniunly care that we have a great week. The location is great - we took a golf cart and it was a 5 min ride to the beach each day. They made our first trip to the OBX a memorable one - we will be back! And it will probably be at this house! Thanks Keith and Linda! BTW - the fresh Lemon Pound Loaf was amazing!
