The villa is located in a very beautiful place, on a clean street with educated and quiet neighbors. It has large terraces with relaxation spaces and from the terrace you can feel the smell of the sea. The rooms are tall, with large windows and tastefully furnished. When you enter the house, you can feel Italy 😍 in its true sense . The yard is very well-kept, with flowers and trees. At the entrance is a huge magnolia, which blooms beautifully in the spring. The hosts are wonderful, nice and kind, very careful to make sure everything is fine, they offer good directions, from trails and routes to suggestions of good places where to eat. .

We booked the Villa 12 hours before we stayed there due to our flight being cancelled. The house was beautifully furnished and the gardens were lovely. The owners made us feel so welcome and were so helpful. It was an oasis of peace after the bustle of Venice. We would definitely stay there again.

We, family of 4: 2 adults & 2 teenagers, were given a very warm welcome by our host on our arrival. She gave us a quick tour of her villa, giving us so many helpful tips & recommendations, most of which we used. The Villa is lovely, big, bright, clean and decorated with a lot of love. We enjoyed the beautiful large and well maintained garden, relaxing on a large terrace area that runs around half of the house. The house itself is very well equipped, beautiful rooms and a good sized bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, down to coffee, salt pepper, etc. Our host truly went above and beyond, offering me delicious vegetables from her own garden, and we used her bikes, which we loved with the flat roads and were at a beautiful beach in 10 mins. Shopping, baker, restaurants etc just a Kilometer away - best reached with bikes or car. Punta Sabbioni is just 3 Kill from the Villa, where you get a boat to Venice - travel time approx 1 hour,.10€ per person return. Unforgettable was the lunch that our host kindly organised for us in Venice, through her friend who owns a restaurant. Situated in the middle of Venice, but out of the busy tourist area with all the hustle, noise & overpriced food. We would have never have found it otherwise. She had organised our menu and drinks etc., and this experience turned out to be the highlight of our holiday, we are so grateful to her organising this for us. We can highly recommend Villa Magnolia and will return within a heartbeat the next chance we get.
