About this house rental
This relaxing 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath with 3 kings, 1 queen, and a 4 twin bedroom has plenty of room for your family and friends. Adults can enjoy the HDTV, kitchen, fireplace, and deck that sits 8 upstairs while the kids enjoy the 60 inch HDTV, Ping Pong table, board games, Wii, PS3, and poker/card table downstairs. Incredible Sonos sound system is available throughout the house. Sip on your favorite beverage on the patio furniture on the dock viewing glass smooth water while fishing. Absorb the view in lakeside Adirondack chairs or sit fireside at the huge fire pit overlooking the lake while roasting smores. Cool off in our pool overlooking the lake. Grill outside on our large propane grill or on our Traeger wood pellet burning grill. Books, board games, 2 HDTVs, WiFi throughout the home and property, and computer with internet access and printer are available for your use rain or shine! Neighborhood amenities include private boat ramp with locked boat trailer storage, tennis courts, basketball court, and a 2 mile wooded hiking trail. The 1 mile cove is perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or water sking. If you want to venture out of the cove, you will immediately see the Ritz Carlton with all of it's dining and spa amenities. There are also 2 marinas and boat/Jet Ski/ Etc. rentals within minutes of our home. Within 15 to 20 minutes of our house, you will find many excellent restaurants, Publix grocery store, cinema, and hospital. You will love shopping in nearby historic Greensboro, Eatonton, and Madison. If you are interested in booking in 2 or 3 installments, please send an inquiry requesting 2 or 3 payments.

This home with its quiet setting and many extras made for a super fun weekend for our 3-generational family.
What made our stay fabulous:
- The amenities/extras! This was our 5th rental at Lake Oconee and the first time an owner generously shared a canoe, paddle-boards, and fishing rods. It really made the difference in our ability to fully enjoy the lake. And because the home is in a quiet cove, we didn’t have to worry about boat traffic.
Other things that made our stay enjoyable:
- The pool!
- A dining table for 12
- Relaxing around the gas fire pit at night
- Watching the Dawgs on the big screen
- Playing ping-pong
- The screened porch
- Comfy beds
- The well stocked kitchen
One miss:
- The pool was not functioning properly when we checked in but Lee worked with us and his pool service to resolve the issue quickly.

Great place and beautiful setting. Much of what we would say has been well documented in terms of the house, sleeping arrangements and amenities - its all great! We used the pickleball courts down the street every night and never saw anyone else there! We also used the paddle boards and rafts and other pool and lake toys which was very nice and handy to have available. All in all a great stay with tons of different seating areas to read and enjoy the quiet setting! Thanks Lee - great stuff you have there!

We absolutely love to staying here! We went with some friends and our kids, everything was so clean and nice. The house is very up-to-date with so many amazing features. The pool was perfect, and it even has a cover for the safety of children, which was amazing for us. We will definitely be staying here again.

We took a trip with our extended family and this house was great. We loved the pool as an option. There was plenty of space in the house for spreading out. Communication with the owner was quick and available. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 children under 2. The downstairs and backyard/pool area was spacious and functional. Location was great. Host was responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic week at Lake Oconee and would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay just relaxing and had everything we needed. This house had all the amenities we needed and has a beautiful view of the lake. The downstairs was a perfect spot for us to gather and hang out. Pool was awesome. Took the canoe out and explored a bit. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend on the lake.

The house was truly perfect for our family weekend!! It was so amazing to share memories with family and this home! We hung by the pool, played ping pong + corn hole, made s’mores at the Bon fire and drank our coffee by the gas fireplace! It was the perfect accommodation for a wide age range. People could relax or do all the lake activities!
The house exceeded our expectations + everyone was raving about the experience!

This property was beyond our expectations. Everything in the process was easy, the house was well equipped, and communication with the host was fluid and easy. We even forgot a couple items and the host was nice enough to help us out. We look forward to coming again.

We stayed here with our entire family. What an amazing stay. We would love to stay here again. Pool was nice, bedrooms very comfortable, great den downstairs. Plenty of lake toys, games, kitchen and bathroom amenities. Great communication with owner.

Need to unwind and escape the noise of life, this is the place. Our kids could be kids and we could be a family as the home is set up perfectly to relax and just enjoy your family and beauty of the lake. We’ll be back for sure.

One of the best VRBO experiences we've had. So many dimensions to Lee's place that make the stay amazing. Lee is a gracious host and very responsive. House is in secluded neighborhood with a short drive to groceries and restaurants. Many high points including pool, dock with paddleboards and canoe, fire pit, multiple bbq options (Weber and Traeger), outdoor fridge and ice machine for when at pool, basement entertainment area with bar and ping pong room, fishing equipment, etc. Our group had a fantastic trip!

This is our second time renting this home. It is one of the best stocked properties I have been to. Plenty of kitchen dishes, appliances,
paper supplies, etc. Also a treasure trove of pool toys, life jackets, paddle boards and canoe. The owner was great with communication as there was a problem with the pool cover and he sent someone over right away. Great vacation for our family.

Excellent home that provided our group of family and friends with a perfect stay in a quiet cove on the best side of the lake. The house had absolutely everything we needed inside and out. The backyard is excellent for entertaining around the pool, firepit, outdoor kitchen and the dock. We had enough room for both of our 19ft boats at the dock as well. I will be booking this home again next year. Host was readily available and checked on us but we literally needed nothing from him except where to buy cheaper gas. (July lake price was 6.90/gal) This was the perfect place for us.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had a couple of normal rental things happen but the owner was very responsive to our messages. The layout of our house was perfect for our group and the views were beautiful. The kitchen is really well stocked for cooking (more than most rentals), which we very much appreciated. The outdoor space was just beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

Fun house :)
We had a great time during our stay. We had some hiccups due to weather but the property owner was on top of everything. Communication was excellent! The house is a lot of fun. We enjoyed playing ping pong , eating meals on the patio and the paddle boards.

July 4th repeat tenant
This year is our third year renting this amazing property. Each year we are always surprised by the improvements and additions that the owner has made to make this property unforgettable. We really enjoy the pool and lake with the storage room full of toys for the water. We hope to return very soon.

This was our second stay here and the renovations are beautiful! Loved the small pool and outdoor areas and expansive deck. Owner is incredibly responsive and even came to pressure wash the pool deck during our stay due to bad storms. Very fun week!

Fun and relaxing
We had a great family trip at the house. My four year loved being able to fish off the dock and swim in the pool. The house was well stocked and clean. I highly recommend it!

Family Vacation
The house was wonderful and exactly as pictured! We had 7 adults and 5 kids (under 3). The bedroom layout was perfect for keeping the babies close while still having some privacy. We spent most of our time at the pool or playing in the yard. The pool is small, but all you need. Once we have older kids, I could see us utilizing the lake and dock much more. We loved our stay and hope to make it an annual trip!

Lee was great to work with. He was always on top of things with his helpful and immediate responses. This house had every sort of gathering place for just about any kind of activity. It was a beautiful and fun getaway for the 10 of us. My husband has Parkinson’s and uses a walker. While there are stairs of course, the are double handrails on the outside staircase that made it easy for him to go up and down. The bathroom in the basement has a step in shower which he could maneuver quite well. All of the doors are wide enough to get a wheelchair or walker through. If in a wheelchair and it isn’t too muddy, you could easily go around the house on the grass to get to the basement level where all the action takes place. There would be one step at the front door however. This house was so welcoming and offered so many extra little touches that let you know the owners care about your experience. It was wonderful!
