They are also proactive and look to see if there is anything they can do to help make the stay more enjoyable.

Location is great, property is nice and flat with plenty of space for everyone and no neighbors right on top of you. The pool and hot tub are great! It was clean, but you are in the woods so we did find a couple of bugs that had gotten in. There are also a couple of worn items from where previous guests did not take care of the place like they should have. A couple of things to expect when you stay that we wish we had known ahead of time and could have prepared for better: 1: The bedrooms are very nice and spacious. We love that 5 out of the 6 bedrooms have either a queen or king size bed and all have their own bathroom. One things to note though, is there are no vents in the bedrooms themselves. They are in the bathrooms in the bedrooms, so make sure you keep your bathroom and bedroom doors open when possible. We stayed in the winter and there was a noticeable 10 degree difference in the bedrooms than in the rest of the house when the doors were open. If both the bathroom door and bedroom door were closed it would get beyond painfully cold. 2: There are alarms on all the doors to the pool room that go off EVERY time any of the doors are open. From the notes it sounds like they are only supposed to go off if the door is left open more than 7 seconds, but they go off every time no matter how quick you are. It was frustrating enough to make us not want to bother with the pool or stay at this particular cabin again. 3: The kitchen is well stocked with great cookware; this is the first cabin we've stayed at that actually had a can opener! However, there are absolutely no cooking items like the essentials you find at other cabins. You will have to bring your own salt/pepper, cooking oil, foil, ect.... You will also want to bring your own laundry detergent, dryer sheets, trash bags, and paper towels as there are either none or very little of these items. Luckily, there is a dollar store less than a mile away to get everyt

The bedrooms were spacious, theatre room, loft/game room and pool/hot tub were a huge hit. There is plenty of room outside for everyone to spread out and play games. The kitchen needs a few additional pots and pans to accommodate feeding as many people as the cabin can sleep. It’s convenient to a dollar general if you forget anything. It was a fabulous weekend. We would definitely recommend.

Reviewer Comments: The Pictures make this look like it is up in the mountains and make it look in better condition than it is. It definitely does NOT sleep the amount of people it says it does! People cannot sleep on those hard couches in the rooms! It needs to be updated and the floors and cabinets redone. The mattresses need to be replaced. One bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There wasn't enough cabinet space for food for the amount of people that it says it holds. The theater room was great and the pool was very nice to help keep the kids active. There was definitely enough parking. I loved that there were handicap accessible showers but it would be nice if they would provide at least one chair and a way for someone that is handicap to get into the cabin. The bar on the bedroom side wall could have been better used if they put cabinets and counters for food.

This cabin is nice and has plenty of space for 20+ people to stretch out and be comfortable. There isn't enough outside seating for people. There were 4 chairs total. The fire pit is great for nights outside. The logs for seating by the campfire are breaking down. The showers and bathrooms were clean. It was great having a washer and dryer on hand. The pool is a nice assest for the days we had rain.
