Beautiful gem of a trullo with kind and considerate hosts.
We were delayed arriving but our host had waited a considerable time and was charming and welcoming. We had a lovely basket of food waiting as well as fresh eggs and some pasta and sauce. The hosts had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The trullo itself was cosy and made us feel at home. The whole place was spotless and our towels were tied with purple ribbon. It was obvious that the hosts cared deeply about providing a special experience for their guests. We absolutely lived this gem of a trullo and were touched by the kindness and generosity of the owners.
We loved everything

Exceptional
Beautiful house, with big garden and terraces. Easy walk walk into Cisternino, even with young kids. Vito was helpful and friendly, and left out plenty of food, coffee and everything we needed which was great as we arrived late. A real trullo, very nicely refurbished, very peaceful, and such a great location (close to all the villages and also to some nice beaches)

Comfortable, countryside trullo experience without bells and whistles
I wanted to stay in a trullo and this offered a combination of an old farmhouse and a trullo. A recent renovation (paint and lighting) made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The large yard with tables and chairs, plus the open view of Cisternino and the countryside, expanded the living area. Despite cool weather, we spent a lot of time sitting outside to enjoy the fresh air and open view. The kitchen included all the utensils needed. The washing machine was a bonus. The owner, who met us with the key, made several excellent recommendations for restaurants and wine tasting in the area. The bedroom is special. It is inside a trullo with a ceiling height of 5 meters and excellent lighting.
The bathroom is small but not unexpected for an old farmhouse.

A holiday in the Countryside
If you want a quiet get away from it all place in the country this certainly fits the bill. Whilst in the country you are less than a mile from Cisternino with its bars and restrants. The house has a well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer gas cooker and all the cooking utensils you could need . There is a large dining area. One double Trulli bedroom and another bedroom with a single and bunk beds plenty of room. The house is over 100 years old so boasts homely charm. Outside there is a large dining area under a fixed roof with large dinning table and further seating with cushions around. There is a brick built BBQ and pizza oven. Plenty more Outside space with a sheltered garden as well as another dining area under the trees, and a play area for the children. Plenty of parking secured by electric gates.
Nothing it was perfect for us

Looooooved it there, all of us
The house is tastefully decorated and supplied with everything you could need during your stay. The bed was really comfortable. The setting is absolutely beautiful; on a large plot of land surrounded by olive trees and with a view at Cisternino - a beautiful, small town. You are very close to it and yet have a feeling of being in the countryside. There are swings for the kids and fantastic terrace where you can enjoy local wines in the shade. All in all it looks better than on the pictures and we fell in love with the place immediately. The host has been very friendly and helpful - thank you! The only problem we had was that we didn't stay for long enough to enjoy the surroundings but we are planning to go back!
