Situated in Vincentia, this attractive house for £272 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Perfect for a family getaway, ‘That House at Vincentia’ is the destination stay in Vincentia, Jervis Bay. Located across from Orion’s beach. This newly renovated family home (Nov 2020) features 5 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, three spacious living areas and an expansive deck with views across the bay. All beds have Egyptian cotton & bath towels (at no extra cost). We ask you to bring your own beach towels. For your additional comfort, we have included unlimited wifi, access to Foxtel, Netflix and Disney+. An abundance of activities including golf, horse riding, bike riding paths, bushwalking, snorkelling, kayaking, surfing, dolphin and whale watching. That House at Vincentia rests on Orion’s Beach, with Barfleur and Nelson’s Beach a small walk away. Follow the path in front of our house to Huskisson, or follow Lambs Crescent to the beginning of the White Sands Walk and end up at the picturesque Hyam’s Beach. Note: Due to COVID-19, we have added additional cleaning measures to ensure your safety and comfort. Furthermore, for your added security, this property is managed in Australia and we never request payments to be made to overseas bank accounts. Thank you, Sandy, Liz & Hannah -------------------------------------------------------- House Configuration: Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms (two king single beds & lounge room; and a queen size bedroom), 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchenette, 2 TVs, Laundry Ground Floor Kitchenette: sink, crockery, cutlery, microwave and bar fridge. First Floor: 3 bedrooms (two queen size bedrooms & one bedroom with two king single beds), main bathroom, lounge room, kitchen and dining, expansive entertainment deck. First Floor Kitchen: fully equipped with a fridge, oven/induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, sandwich press, coffee maker, tea towels, crockery, glassware, storage and cleaning products. The pantry contains a range of teas, coffee capsules, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oils and sauces. Outdoors: Outdoor shower (downstairs), Northern facing expansive deck with alfresco dining for 12, BBQ, two deck umbrellas provided for shade, perfect backyard for children to run around. Fenced, gates with child-proof locks. Downstairs (at rear), deck with seating for 6, Weber BBQ and external light for those evening BBQ's.

This is a fabulous property in the best location. Just a few short steps from the beach and a flat stroll to a great park for kids. Everything is provided and Sandy’s communication was terrific. We would stay again.

A family holiday was thoroughly enjoyed at “that house in Vincentia”. Location perfect, The house accommodates large groups and has ample bathrooms. A front balcony overlooking Jervis Bay whilst enjoying munchies and your favourite beverage. Ample room for parking. Will be back!

We loved staying here - we were three couples + one single person + two kids, and it was perfect for us - the couple with kids could occupy the downstairs space as a family and the rest of us were comfortable upstairs.
Living area / kitchen is huge and beautifully sunlit. It was a joy to cook - the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked w/ pots / pans / utensils etc (definitely the best of any holiday rental I've stayed in in years).
Location is directly opposite a small / quiet beach and a footpath / bike track that extends through to Huskisson.
Checkin was easy - there's a code lock on the door - which worked great because we didn't know ahead of time who from our group would arrive first.
I'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed two nights, in town for a wedding - my wife, our kids and my dad and his partner.
We all just loved the house, its location is brilliant, offering the best of the area right at our door step. We filled our weekend with walks, runs and coffee around the beautiful surrounds.
Three separate living areas meant we all had plenty of space to relax and feel at home. And it was all the little things that made it so special, the linen, the crockery, the interior design... It's just a beautiful, relaxing and highly functional space.
And Sandy was an amazing host. We are so grateful, what a wonderful weekend! Oh and the wedding was nice too ;-)

Just spent two nights at this incredible house…. Only disappointment was that we had to come home!!
Travelled as three mums with 7 children between us. Ages of children ranged from 9-14. This house couldn’t have been more perfect! The teen boys loved the downstairs lounge area for the gaming and footy nights. The bedroom and house layouts allowed for us to spread our families out to allow for some family time when needed. Two / almost three completely different living areas. The house was had everything we could possibly need! There is a well stocked kitchen with all the cooking items needed, plenty of plates, cups, glasses, basic pantry spices, tea, coffee - it was sorted! The extendable dining table that fit us all around it comfortably. The gorgeous deck overlooking the water and the tree tops was appreciated for the Mummy happy hour! Games in the games cupboard. Laundry downstairs wasn’t needed but for a longer stay I imagine it would be appreciated….
And that’s just the actual house! The location couldn’t be more perfect! Straight across the road is the bike track that we explored every day - both directions taking us to perfect beaches. The older boys enjoyed the ride that takes you to Husky.. Didn’t quite go that far but it is a great track. We also enjoyed the ride in the other direction and just a five minute ride away is the perfect Blenheim beach where the kids decided that July really wasn’t too cold for a swim!!!

Immaculately presented, perfect location. We all enjoyed our weekend getaway, and some (including myself) are planning on returning with extended families, as the separate areas are perfect for multiple generations.

‘That house at Vincentia’ certainly lived up to expectations. The property was perfect for a family get together. Two families shared the house, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each of us felt we had space to share and retreat to and the number of bathrooms were certainly handy when getting ready for the wedding we attended. The waterfront location was outstanding and the waterfront walks were beautiful! A quick walk into town as well. But overall it was the beautifully presented property that was just the perfect location to relax and celebrate with family. We just loved it!

When you drive up to and continue to explore the house just after you check in, there was a sense of awe for the beauty of the house and how its been set up, knowing you will be comfortable. Indeed we were very. We had 3 generations of family with us and everyone slept comfortably. 3 TV rooms that catered to 3 generations when it was raining outside was a big plus.
The house was very clean and ammenities provided were great. The kitchen was just fabulous as there were all types of equipment to use that made us cook numerous times during the stay.
The owner was responsive and prompt when messaged and very accommodating. The location of the property is the icing on the cake.

Our family stayed for 4 nights during Autumn. Our group comprised 3 generations, 7 adults and 2 children. The configuration of room/bed/bathroom suited us perfectly. Great location - quiet end of street, right opposite the beach. Easy walk to parks, shops & restaurants. Easy drives to Hyams Beach, Berry, Kangaroo Valley & Fitzroy Falls. The house itself was beautifully decorated with high quality amenities- great showers, beds, kitchen appliances, crockery etc. We will definitely book this place again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the property had lots of space and was really well equipped. Both the top deck area and the back yard had large entertaining areas, and the back yard with lots of room for kids to run around. The 3 lounge areas were great for the kids and adults to have their own space, and the location was great - straight across the road from Orion beach. The owner was very good with communication and the house was clean and tidy when we arrived. It is just a shame we couldnt stay longer!

The house was great, across the road from the beach, central location to all Vincentia has to offer. Large and comfortable house which was awesome for our family to stay on the weekend. The weather was not the best so it was good to have a nice spacious house for both adults and kids. Wifi was very useful.

The location is perfect, especially for kids - short walk along a scooter path to a calm beach and slightly further to the play park and more blustery beach - made for an excellent afternoon loop! Particularly with the pop up Jervis Bay Brewery at the Point! I also loved how clean and airy the house is - even if you’re having a chill in the tv room you can feel the breeze and see the ocean. Also really good layout for 2 families with 2 kids each or in our case, family and grandparents. The rooms downstairs were great for privacy and yet lots of room upstairs.

The place to be
This place really is the place to be if you find yourself craving a getaway in Jervis bay! The house is very well equipped! My family, friends and I went on a weekend where it was raining non-stop however, we still very much enjoyed our stay and that's alot to do with the house being perfect and spacious! The BBQ on the front deck was amazing, nothing beats cooking up a storm on a front deck! Unfortunately in our case not only was i cooking up a storm mother earth decided to cook one up too but the house saved us once more with the deck umbrellas! The beds were very comfortable as i slept like a stone that hadn't been disturbed in centuries. My family and friends can attest to that as we planned to wake up early to swim on our last day since it was the only time the sun decided to come out but we ended up sleeping in. Luckily Sandy was very generous and accommodating we were still able to get some swim in later in the day!
Sandy was very helpful and welcoming before, during and after our trip! I'll definitely be coming back as i always have an itch to get out of Sydney!
