Located in Siesta Beach, this attractive condo for £216 per night is a great choice for your next break. ** BEACH FRONT WITH VIEWS** ***Located Directly on Siesta Key Crescent Beach with White Sugary Sand*** Just a few steps and you are directly on the beach with free beach and lounge chairs. Beach Gulf view from all rooms!!! Enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the beach and blue water with a delightful breeze, no better way to start your day! This 5th floor two bedroom, two bath condo is totally and completely renovated. New tile throughout. There are two bedroom suites with private baths. It is a split floor plan so each suite is on different sides of condo for privacy. Each bedroom has new slider doors that open to screened in lanai with beautiful Gulf Views. Both rooms also has new furniture, mattresses and flat screen t.v.'s. Each bathroom is completely renovated with brand new walk in shower, new vanity, toilet, lighting. paint, ect. One bedroom has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has two queen beds to sleep 6 comfortably. Kitchen is brand new with new cabinets, granite counter tops and appliances. The kitchen is also completely stocked with everything that the cook might need to make your stay comfortable. All new cookware, glasses, flatware ect. Living room has beautiful new slider doors that open to lanai. Living room also new furniture, 55" flat screen t.v. with cable, and free wifi. All rooms have new ceiling fans, paint and new molding. Condo is only a few steps to the #1 beach. Walk out of the building and put your feet in the white sugary sand of beautiful Siesta Key beach. Beach lounge chairs are supplied free of charge right in front of condo. There is also a very reasonable service at beach entrance where you can have umbrellas and chairs set up for you and ready for whenever you go to the beach. Gorgeous Gulf views from both bedrooms and living room. Lay in bed and open your eyes to a beautiful beach, blue water of the Gulf of Mexico! Crescent Arms offers a picturesque pool that is secluded for your privacy and heated in winter for your comfort. The clubhouse, restrooms and showers are at the pool for your convenience. Close to restaurants, stores, shopping, ice cream ect. A perfect place to spend a great vacation. Close walking distance to market, ice cream, restaurants, cafe, 7-11 ect. There are also free jitneys and Trolley that will take you the length of the Key. Very close to "The Point of Rocks" where people love to search for shells and go snorkeling. A perfect on this more private peaceful part of Famous Siesta Key Beach.

The property was perfect. However my friend and I got ill but to see the beach and water was a prescription for wellness. The condo was perfect.

This was our first time to Siesta Key. The condo is right on the beach. The linens, towels and beach towels are all included. The owner is available by cell phone or email for any questions. There is a private beach and beach chairs are available , there is a fee for the umbrella, but it's well worth it. The chairs and umbrella are set up in the morning and taken down in the evening. There is a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants and bicycle rentals. This is a beautiful place to visit.

We enjoyed our stay. There was tons of beach toys in the closet, beach chairs are set up for you each morning, and the host always responded promptly. Check-in was a breeze. We have a fun week!

The location and style of the property did not disappoint. The condo was large with a great view of the gulf. There are restaurants and bars close by and plenty to do a trolley ride away. Fantastic holiday in a fantastic condo in a fantastic place.

The location was great. We enjoyed the food at several restaurants. Got to take in the Mote Aquarium and parasailed. Our only complaint would be the location of the pool. It was towards the road and front of the complex not on the beach where we’re used to having a pool. Otherwise it was a great trip.

We loved everything about this are from the powdery white sand, the clear green water and the location! Very close to skip over to Sarasota. We rented a car and would recommend doing that instead of depending on a shuttle. Definitely plan to return someday!

We had a lovely time. The location was perfect, close to airport, shops and restaurants but the best part is of course was being steps away from the beach. The owners were responsive to questions and condo is well furnished and clean. The beds are comfortable too, which is a big plus in my book. We also got lucky with the weather 12/10-12/17, it was very warm and sunny first 4 days then cooled down after a rainy storm. The water is still incredibly warm if you enjoy swimming. We saw lots of different birds on the beach. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

My family had a wonderful, relaxing week. The condo was very clean, kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds. Closet full of beach items, including blown up inner tubes to float around in the water w/a drink in hand. Great, easy access to the beautiful, white sand beach. Beach chairs available on the beach was a big plus. Owner was friendly, & quick to respond w/any questions I had.
Close covered parking spot. Only used car couple times during week traveling off SK. This is the perfect spot!!! Walking distance to Capt Curts/Sniki Tiki w/Awesome clam chowder. The Village shops, restaurants, lil grocery store are only a trolley ride or a frog hop ride away -just give a tip.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect for my family. I traveled with my mom, sister, nephew, husband and our two kids and the size was exactly what we needed. Check in was a BREEZE! Gate code for entry and keyless entry to the room which is perfect for the beach so you don’t need to keep track of a key. Assigned parking spots so you don’t have to drive around to find one. BEACH CHAIRS ARE PROVIDED! This was probably the highlight of our beach time. We flew in so not having to bring or buy chairs just to leave them was awesome! We rented an umbrella for the week for only $75! It was all set up for us every day and we just went down to the beach right at 7:30 in the morning to put our tags on the chairs we wanted and then went back to the condo until we were ready for the day. Another highlight was beach toys (and I mean lots of beach toys) were already in the condo! I didn’t bring any because of weight limits so I had planned to buy some and have to also leave those behind. To my delight there were buckets, shovels, boogie boards, and donut floats! There were even floaties for my 2 year old for the pool! The bathrooms were so nice. The shower tile isn’t slippery AT ALL. I was worried because my toddler does not like taking showers at other places because he feels scared to slip and fall and usually cries we can’t get him out fast enough. He was standing in the shower with ease and didn’t cry once! The patio is screened in so you don’t have to worry about bugs or gnats flying around everywhere (my kid loves to eat them so this was a big deal for us lol). The hosts were so easy to contact and replied within minutes. The washer and dryer are right outside the room which makes it easy to wash and make lunch without missing out on any time with family. We were even able to buy rolls of quarters from the office! Like I said, I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have stayed several places and while most have been nice, this one checked every box on our list. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a week-long vacation at this property, which is located right on the beach. While it is on a side unit, it has open views to the beach and ocean. The unit is well stocked with cooking appliances and has some items for kids to enjoy the beach as well. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again.
