Love the location and for the reasonable price I would recommend but the furniture was uncomfortable and could use a good cleaning and most of the time the free wifi did not have a usable internet connection. When I did get connected, the best speed I measured was 3 mbps down and < 1 up...it was bad:( The room did not feel crowded, the elevators were quick, location fantastic, and no bugs or anything. I would give it a 3.5 star.

A nice condo a nice week. The building is getting renovated but is still nice and clean. We had no problems at all. The pool area was beautiful and clean. We would come back again. Thank you K & J

Everything @ this place was GREAT ... Except the elevator. I was on the 12th floor and the evevator worked sometimes .... I was told it will be replace next year .

I'm normally disappointed with MB/NMB properties due to the lack of maintenance and upgrades you would expect for premium prices. Not here! We're fairly local and visit the area frequently. This is the location we'll definitely be returning to. Room, pool, and lobby clean...and amenities checked all the boxes!

This condo was just what we saw on VRBO. Spacious one bedroom condo oceanfront with kitchen. Great getaway for a couple!! Facility has several pools and a hot tub. Dining onsite. Convenient check in and out. We had a couple issues when we arrived, notified the manager, and the maintenance man was there within the hour to take care of it. Fast friendly respond. I highly recommend this condo. It is centrally located in North Myrtle Beach, across the street from Barefoot Landing and close proximity to the Tanger Outlets. We definitely enjoyed our vacation!!

We booked this as part of a last minute family vacation. It was comfortable and super easy to get directly to the beach. It could use a little fresh paint and deep clean but overall was perfect for our stay.

The property was very nice. There were a couple of minor problems but they were handled very quickly. Excellent location for all we wanted to do. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and professional too. We had a great trip!

It is good that the pools were open because the property was not as nice as advertised or expected. The shower was not usable and took a lot of communication to finally get it fixed after three days. I also paid extra for early check in, but was not offered any refund due to shower issues. This room was an older rental unit with peeling paint, a broken lamp, and falling down air vent in the bathroom. The view of the ocean and the resort pools saved the trip for us.

Overall great experience. Property was as advertised. Loved that we were able to avoid any checkin procedures and go directly to the room. It was clean. Awesome view - comfortable beds, convenient kitchen. Had problems with the WiFi - contacted Julie who arranged for service to be done. I met a rep at the room who fixed the problem quickly. Resort was definitely not full so we had no problems with elevators or ability to social distance. I cannot imagine how the experience would have been if the resort (and the nearby ones) were at capacity, but that said, the pools and beach were perfect. Pleased that the bar was open. Bartenders were not wearing masks, most customers were not, but I chose to wear a mask and patronize the bar.

Great location. Loved all the pools and lazy river. The only issue we had was the elevator. There were times where we had to wait about 10 mins just for an open elevator to come which was annoying, but other than that, the condo was fantastic.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Everything was very clean, the condo was nicely furnished and had a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool area. I am sure it gets super crowded here in summer, but it was fantastic during the off-season. Very quiet and relaxing.

Another excellent property rental through Big Fish Rentals! Great beachfront location, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It was wonderful being able to skip the resort check-in process and head straight to our unit! The unit itself was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful direct view of the ocean. Julie, as always, was wonderful to work with and will continue to utilize Big Fish Rentals for ALL future MB rentals.

Overall everything was great the room was just as pictured had utensils very clean! The only complaint I have is the towels they only gave us one set and didn’t replace them and being a large family vacationing on a beach we take more than one shower in the days we stayed. That was the only downfall was the towels other than that everything was great and communication was great.
