Spend the day relaxing, fishing, golfing, sight seeing on the lake or enjoying all the local wildlife, shops and attractions. Waterfront Lodge with Private Boat Dock - - sleeps 10 in formal beds, additionally has sofa bed (sleeps two) and futon (sleeps two) . 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. Max limit of 12 people. Pool table Great fishing off the Dock! Backyard firepit . Large Charcoal Grill, also gas grill and small charcoal grill . Lake Eufaula is the largest lake in Oklahoma, and the 15th largest lake in the USA. Number 7 in the nation for Crappie fishing. Lake Eufaula has many parks, campgrounds, golf courses and marinas located around the lake. Locally is Jellystone water park for the kids in the town of Eufalua. Lake Eufaula is known for producing large fish and large numbers. Come relax, fish, ski, play Golf, antique shop, ride horses (seasonal) or just watch the birds and deer. NOTE: We will not rent to groups of young adults looking for a place to have a party. Our home is in a quite, respectable neighborhood with a neighborhood watch. NO LOUD PARTIES will be allowed what-so-ever. NO LITTERING - full or partial deposit will be kept for any cleanup or complaint from neighbors required. requires respectability. We have been coming to this same property for a number of years, and everyone looks forward to our stay. There is room to be together, room to be alone, room for babies to sleep, room to enjoy the outdoors. We look forward to next year.

We had two families of four stay at the lake house for a week. The home was very clean. The kids stayed in the upstairs ( four beds plus futon). Parents used the Main level master and the downstairs bedroom with bathroom. Beds are very comfortable!
Short walk to the lake. Nice cove for paddle boarding and kayaking (we brought those). Nice swim dock with two boat slips. Beautiful sunsets from the shore/dock.
Great balcony for coffee in the morning. Well equipped kitchen.
We all enjoyed the garage and pool table in the evenings!
Host Rick Lee was very communicative and helpful with directions, suggestions of things to do. Great experience for our families.

Plenty of room
Was nice to have plenty of space for everyone to spread out when needed and to get ready each day. The deck is narrow with limited seating but lots of space to sit around the fire pit. It is about 5 miles or so down a VERY dusty single lane gravel road so would not suggest brining a very big boat down it or at all. If you do bring a boat it would be helpful know that there are a LOT of trees sticking out of the water in the cove to go in and out of the boat slip. We hit 2 trees that you can’t see that we’re complexity under the water because we don’t know the area, so maybe a map of where to drive would be very helpful.

Rick and Jennifer were great to give us the information about their house, property and the dock. They told us where the Dollar General Store , and Marina was and about activities and music events. Rick was even nice enough to talk us through the route to the property, when our gps failed to accept the address.

Our family enjoyed this house very much. Owner was very nice and prompt in dealing with any issues we had. Plenty of space for larger families, and the dock was perfect for swimming and fishing.

My family and I were very pleased with this location. The house is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cutlery to be able to support the largest of families. The garage made for a great evening hangout and the dock was a lot of fun to fish and swim from. We will definitely be booking another stay at the Lee Lake House.

Great Family Thanksgiving!
Great lake house stocked with everything we needed. There were 8 of us, and we had room for everyone. Weather was awful, so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

Great space/location
Visited this property with a couple of other families. The layout of this house allowed each family to have some separate space but also spaces large enough for the group to enjoy time together. Swimming and fishing off of the dock were as advertised by the owner and enjoyed by all.

Nice lake home.
The lake home was an awesome place to spend time with family for nearby lake activities. The property owner was amazing to work with and was attentive to our needs. The boat dock was also a plus!

Very comfortable, relaxing, waterfront home on Eufaula Lake
The property is located in a very private and comfortable setting. Dock on the water is a god send for easy access to the lake. Owner was very helpful in providing pre-trip advice to ensure that we hit the ground running and made the most out of our stay. We loved the charm of the home itself and found everything to be in 100% working order. Golfers-take note of Arrowhead GC nearby. Can’t wait to come back. James and Rhonda White

Extremely happy
There is nothing bad I can say about our stay. We had several different couples all with children and we all had enough to keep us entertained and happy. The beds were good, the AC was sufficient. The worst part about the hole stay is that I didn't book it for longer.

Great getaway
We had a great time with our family this weekend. Place is a great location & very private area. This is the perfect property for a family with 4 beds & 3 1/2 baths. Only a few notables was that we didn't have use of the washer/dryer to clean towels for reuse & although the listing says sleeps 16, it really only sleeps 10 in beds & 2 at the most on the futon so larger parties might be prepared with blow up mattresses. All in all my crew had an absolute blast & since this property is very exclusive area we felt like we had the lake to ourselves. You will so enjoy the sounds of nature like the tree frogs & the fish were jumping despite the heat. Great choice for a cozy getaway!!!!

Liked location/setting. Upstairs AC not adequate even before electricity went off due to storm. Beds not very comfortable. Owner helpful with questions/concerns for most part. No compensation offered for upstairs being too hot the last night spent there. Everyone piled on floor or couches downstairs in order to get any sleep. Give overall experience 2.5.

The BIG CATCH!!!
This home was perfect for our family of 8 to enjoy a wonderful and private weekend on the lake. My family LOVED this beautiful home. It is MUCH more than is advertised! It was quiet and secluded, and had plenty of space and extras for the kids and grand kids to be entertained for the weekend. My son spent all of his time on the dock fishing, between the storms that kept rolling through. Then the flood waters came and the dock was not accessible. We spent the first night in the bedroom in the basement because of storm warnings, and then the electric went off for a few hours. Overall, this is the perfect home for a large family who likes to have privacy, and lake access. The master bed was so comfortable and the master tub - well lets just say I made good use of that. We appreciated the baby gate at the top of the stairs because we had 2 yr old and 5 yr old grands with us. We will Definitely request to rent this property again if we stay in this area in the future. Don't miss this one! This is the BIG CATCH!!

The lake house was in a great location, and was more than we hoped for. It was a beautiful home and the dock is in excellent condition, the swim area is clean and perfect for children. The house was in a great area and was in a quiet area. It was a great place to relax and unwind.the owner was awesome and easy to get hold of and easy to talk to talk to.

Absolutely Perfect Cabin!!
This lake cabin was better than advertised! The cabin was perfect for our large group (12+). The amenities were great and everything worked as expected. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Loved the open kitchen, dining and living room area. It was large enough for all of us to get together on game night. As far as the geographical location, this place is perfect if you want privacy and access to the lake. 15 minute boat ride to the marina. 20-25 minute boat ride to The Cut.
The owner Rick was wonderful and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. We will return!! Thanks again Rick!
