Nestled in Coligny Beach, this lovely villa for £172 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to wonderful HHI. Come down and stay in our first floor villa #138 Breakers for a week or more. (Rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday) Please get in touch for a great stay on Hilton Head Island. The rental calendar is up to date, so pick a vacant week. The Spring / Fall is great on the island too, as students are back in school, it is quiet and great to go to the restaurants without a reservation. Be a special guest and you will love staying in #138. But in the meantime, read some great reviews by former guests who enjoyed staying here. Now hear all about #138. Always updating the place, a comfy Tempurpedic mattress in the bedroom and large sleeper sofa for the living room, hardwood flooring throughout the condo. Two 1080p flat screen televisions, (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). When you rent the condo, there will be a few items to get you started on your vacation. Paper towels, napkins, salt and pepper, hairdryer will be among a few of the items already here. A Keurig coffee maker is also in the condo, so bring your K-cups if you use this machine. Also, beach towels are there for you to use. There is a great wicker high top table to enjoy while on the deck. Relax on the deck with your coffee in the morning or cocktails at night watching the surf and all the activity going on. To make phone calls, do bring your cell phone to call for great dining or golf reservations, as there is not a land line phone in the condo. Our first floor unit (an easy one flight up) is next to the stairs and a short walk to the steps by the pool (which is heated year round)and walkway to the beach. By the way, the beach walk has a shower to get all the sand off of you. The beach is wide open and looks great. All is fabulous while staying in 138 Breakers. A large newly resurfaced Oceanfront sundeck surrounds two heated pools for swimming and featuring plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas for relaxing. Also, new outside lights, turtle friendly, on the balcony facing the ocean and at the front door of every unit. They look great. Location, location is the word. Right across the street from fabulous Coligny Plaza. Park your car and never need to use it again, if you don't want to. Coligny Plaza has everything handy, supermarket, internet coffee cafe, great clothing shopping, entertainment for the kids at night, and super restaurants (locals love). If you want to bike, 1-2 blocks away on Pope Avenue are rental companies and then you are off to explore all of Forest Beach and even a few other plantations. HHI is so bike friendly, we are always putting in new bike paths!!! Get in your car and off to Harbour Town for a fun day and night. Go up the famous lighthouse and have the kids play on the playground for fun. Great restaurants and entertainment are there, including our own entertainer for the children under the 'Big Oak Tree.' Or go to Shelter Cove to dine and shop to your hearts content while looking at a fabulous marina and fireworks during the summer months on Tuesday nights at 9:00 sharp! There are so many great places on the island. There will be in the condo updated monthly brochures of things to do and see while you are here. These should be very helpful if you haven't been on the island before. Please consider villa #138, you won't be disappointed in the condo. We have been to HHI many times, first time at Breakers and this time of year. Weather was perfect. Location of condo was great, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Big bamboo and pool bar Jim's are a must! Access to beach was easy and pool area very nice. This is a smaller condo complex and a lot of regulars that were all very nice and friendly. View of ocean from balcony was great. Few things to note about condo just informational for other renters. Bedroom was at entrance side which puts window right by stairwell. So some nights depending on other guests, can hear talking etc. It only bothered us 1 night with late night disturbance. Bed was super comfy, room on smaller side for moving around. Bathroom sink area small but workable and plenty of towels available. Washer and dryer was nice to have. Kitchen had water damage to ceiling with areas bubbled up and holes covered with plastic and stapled in place. Also noted areas of paint bubbles and peeling up in other areas. Not sure if that was new or old. Only Keurig coffee maker(states both kinds) but we brought kcups so it worked perfect for us. We didn't cook dinners there but had the basics in kitchen. It lists that chairs and umbrella available but there were no chairs and only large hand held umbrellas. We brought our own stuff so it didn't effect us but just so other renters know. Keypad entry was very convenient. Overall we had a great stay. Location and views were great. Unit just needs some TLC.

The condo is exactly as advertised. Perfect size for a couple. Location is ideal, ocean views are great! Clean, well equipped, and quiet. Eddie was very responsive, and we will definitely stay here again!

Was a nice condo. Good location. Manager didnt respond to my many texts about issues. He got back with my boyfriend right away when he would text but ignored mine! I was the one paying for the condo! (So rude! )We were told we would get refunded some for issues only if we booked again!? Maybe maybe not

Condo was good for the two of us. We really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. Location was close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Overall great stay!

We had a great stay. The unit was very cute and clean. Loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. The best location ever. We just parked our car and walked everywhere. Can’t wait to visit again. Would definitely stay in that unit again. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful location and the owner was very responsive. We loved using the pool and the location was fantastic. So close to restaurants, beach, and shops.
