Located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village at Zion complex, you will find beauty and fun around every corner. Within a short drive of multiple National and State parks, bike paths right outside your front door, and resort style amenities; there will never be a dull moment during your stay at Southern Dream! Southern Dream is a tastefully decorated 5 bedroom / 5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 14 guests, or up to 17 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress and a twin foam mat. Spend your days challenging each other to ping pong tournaments, games of spike ball, cornhole, pickleball, and games on the Xbox 360! Take full advantage of the Paradise Village Resort amenities and lounge poolside or play at the waterpark. You will love cooking in this fully equipped kitchen or barbequing on the back porch under the seating desert sun. For dessert, roast marshmallows around the fire on the balcony to make delicious smore's! End the day with a family game night and play one of the many board games provided or host a movie night with a Smart TV, and sound bar, ; it will be a movie experience like no other! Large house. The 5 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, were very well suited for several families in one house. The great room was plenty big enough for 8 adults and 3 infants.

We loved the water park, lazy River and pool. The kids never wanted to leave.

Great check in property, the pool was just behind the house so it made for quick trips to the water. Home was well stocked with everything you could need. Close to groceries, restaurants and all the fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is the fourth time to Paradise Village. We were disappointed at not getting an early check in because we had a handicap person with us. We got in at 3:45. The mattresses in the bedrooms were dreadful!!! We were offered to stay an additional day at a discounted price and would have but didn't because of the beds. The bunk beds were fine. All the other visits we have had were good. The carpets seemed dirty as well. Our favorite is #95 and it's great but we had a smaller group this time. Not sleeping well makes for a painful day. The towels were dirty looking and also need replacement. I have made a reservation for # 95 for October and hope it's like we remember it. It was a difficult few days.

This community is all rentals so it is extremely busy and can be loud. They home was clean and they were great with communication if I had any questions

Great trip to Zion
Our goal was to hike Zion every day…which we did. It was an hour drive but worth it. We needed a house that easily accommodated 8 people and this was perfect for us. We loved 113 house. It was very clean and decorated very beautifully. It had everything we could have needed. The kids loved the legos and games in closet and the wiggle cars. Thanks for such a great stay!

The property was wonderful for our extended family gathering. It was clean, the living spaces were spacious with ample space for everyone to be together. The kids had a great time in the garage playing. The closest pools (big play structure with slides and lazy river) were freezing (too cold for mid-November for our group) , but the other pool complex’s upper pool was heated and great for swimming. Overall 5 out of 5 and we would definitely stay again.

Nice large house. Plenty of beds and rooms. Kids and adults loved the easy access to pool area. Nice neighborhood. Lots of good places to eat in St George/Santa Clara area. Easy day trip to Zion.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful time. Spacious enough to fit all the kiddos. We had an issue with the ax but the issue was resolved for which we are thankful.

This place had everything!
This house had it all! Kitchen was well stocked, ping pong table and tandem bike were a blast and the pool toys and wagon were lifesavers. The proximity to the pool was a huge plus and the deck in the evening was perfect to watch the big kids at the pool. The house was really nice but not “over decorated”. Overall an amazing stay!

Pleasantly Surprised
This home worked out perfectly for a get together with good friends and families. Every room had its own bathroom. The living from and kitchen were much bigger than the pictures eluded to. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to do meals at home. The upstairs patio and outdoor lounging areas were used every day for quality time enjoying the weather and engaging in conversation. The entertainment systems had everything we could want to unwind with the kids after a day in the sun. The proximity to grocery shopping, snow canyon, bike paths, public park, the swimming pool, etc. were awesome. The bikes, wiggle cars, spike ball, ping pong... were all used almost every day. Overall great experience and plan on returning next year.

Great house!! Huge family room and dining table.
House was awesome! Close to pool, lots of great activities came with property (pickle ball, pool floats, bikes, games) would recommend this place!
I wish they would leave more garbage bags bug groups go through a lot of garbage and there were no rags to wipe down counters and our broom was locked in the owners closet. Minor things but we had to go purchase Lysol wipes and garbage bags. Just a suggestion.

Fabulous family vacation home!
The home was clean and felt more spacious than the pictures indicated. We loved having the private bathrooms with each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked (including a slow cooker, griddle, and blender), which made meal prep a breeze. And there is as a nice Harmons grocery store minutes away. So many things to do—we stayed a full week and never got bored. Super convenient to Snow Canyon, too, which had beautiful hiking. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!
The layout of the house is perfect for a family .....each bedroom has a bathroom and the living area is perfect! The decor is quietly elegant, although a few more end tables would be a welcome addition. The kitchen is stocked adequately for light cooking. The television is a bit annoying, as every 20 minutes or so you need to “prove” you’re still watching. Other than that, we had an excellent stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. Pool was amazing. Huge family room. Rooms fit our group just fine although the bedrooms were small. The couch in the family room smelt like wet dog. We smelt it the minute we walked on the door.
