This large condo comfortably sleeps 9 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion. The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv. The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. Location was perfect, there were some things in the condo that needed attention and only one trash bag for the week and two rolls of toilet paper were a bit limiting as staying in a hotel for a week those are provided, especially when trash is needed to be taken out before we leave

Pros/ We always stay at majestic beach resort, it’s one of the best places! Low wait times on elevators, great amenities, good location to get where-ever you’re going in Panama, plenty of pools and hot tubs to accommodate everyone! Cons/ The condo needs some maintenance, front door coming off of the hinges, mold or mildew in the showers. Also the lamp shades looked cracked or broke. Cleanliness, main areas were clean but the balcony was covered in bird poop and lots of sand, something spilt all down the wall in the master bedroom, dead bug smashed on the wall, curtains in living room and master bedroom drag the ground so the bottoms were very dirty. Under the beds looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while, I dropped my phone under it and had to wash it off. All in all we had a great time and didn’t let any of this bother us but I do think there’s some things that could be addressed to make the experience even better!

As this was the most we have ever paid for a weeks stay in 14 years of vacations at PCB, I would expect there to be enough towels for each person. The listing says it sleeps 7, ur only 6 towels and TWO washcloths provided as well as 2 hand towels. Not enough silverware for everyone. Found trash under beds and down sides of bunk beds. Light bulbs burned out. No hot water in kitchen to do dishes. Kitchen sink faucet was barely hanging on. Drapes were FILTHY. Bedroom TVs are extremely outdated. Pot and pans so old could hardly use. If your gonna charge premium prices, upgrade. Also not sure why we pay a cleaning fee when we had to clean when we got there it was so dirty.

Walking bearfooted for first time in unit felt sand in floor in each room. Floors needed to be swept and mopped. Covers needed to be washed, pillows needed to be washed smelled like rhey had been used. Celing tiles had brown stains from water leaks. Some dishes were dirty cleaning person should double check to make sure all dishes that are put away in cabinets are completely cleaned. Couch could use a good shampooing or an udate with different fabric. Birds are bad to fly onto balcony and leave droppings. Other than these complaints owner is very quick to reapond, had a beatiful beach view. Owner may want to have a discussion with cleaning agent to make sure cleaning is done properly.

Location was great, check in and check out was so smooth, owner of unit was very accommodating when we had an issue arise before our trip, unit was clean but could have used a little more attention to make unit very clean. the layout of the unit was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary pots/pans, service pieces, etc. Primary bedroom, closet and bathroom were huge.

The property is beautiful. The couch was comfy and beds were very comfortable. My only complaint would be it really needs a DEEP cleaning the doors are very dirty on the backs and the master shower needs some attention. I would also suggest more towels and wash cloths there aren’t very many for a 3 bedroom unit. We had an issue with a leak in the secondary bathroom and some mildew stains they came right away and took care of the issue. Over all I would stay here again the communication was very quick to respond with anything and every email. Look forward to going back!

The place was cleaned. You could smell it had been cleaned....but we did find 6 roaches throughout our stay. Some were dead and a couple were not. It is a problem though throughout the entire building, and it is the property’s responsibility for exterminating, not the owners or rentalAgency according to the clause. The master bedroom bed collapsed on my older parents in the middle of the night because the supporting wooden legs under the box spring gave out due to them not even being bolted on, but we called the property management office and Theu sent someone out immediately to fix it. We had a nice stay, but only thing is the title and pictures are deceiving. It’s not newly renovated and in fact looks like the place has had previous water damage with the mold in certain areas and the baseboards and bottoms of doors are damaged. The curtains to the patio are nasty looking. The comforter in the 2nd room looked nasty and had what looked like blood spots on it. I slept on blankets to avoid it. Other than needing renovating or updating, it was fine.

Our stay was horrible. One of the kids got sick and was vomiting but even more horrifying was when we flipped the lights on to help the child cockroaches were everywhere, scattering to hide. The next morning before we could call we got a knock on the door and they wanted to spray. We told them about our experience and ask why they just happened to show up, but they didn't really give an answer. We wanted to know if the spray was safe for children because we had 4 children 8 and under playing on the floor and they assured us it was. Well after they sprayed the roaches were coming out of the woodwork almost immediately after they sprayed. We were horrified. In the pantry crawling on our food and they were even in the refrigerator. We could only get in touch with security at this point. They came up to our condo and made a call and told them to get us out of there immediately. We were in tower 2 and they were moving us to tower 1. Packing up and moving 4 adults 3 kids and a baby took hours. Then once we got unpacked at the new condo we were all exhausted. We put the kids to bed in the bunk room and we all went to bed. A little while after going to bed the oldest boy went to his mom's room and told her there was a bug in his bed. She was half asleep and thought he had to be imagining things from being traumatized from the other condo. She got up to go look and sure enough there were small bugs in his bed. She woke the other adults up to go look because she had no idea what they were and my daughter who is a bio medical engineer knew exactly what they were. The kids were removed and she got her flashlight out to look and 100's and 100's of bugs were crawling under the top mattress and they were bedbugs. We called and had to leave a message with the rental agency but while waiting for a call back we called security. ( They seemed like the only people you could get a hold of immediately and they were so helpful) they called the rental agency and explained the problem and we were told they didn't have anywhere else to move us to. We checked the other beds and didn't see anything so we piled the kids and myself into bed and had no choice but to wait until morning. A man came in the next morning to inspect and sure enough the bunk room was infested with bedbugs. We had to find ourselves another condo during bike week and we didn't have a choice but to pay what they were asking. So once again we are packing up to move to another condo. Out of room to type.

The door looks like it had been kicked open. Besides the master bedroom, the condo is very small. I am not sure much cleaning happened upon our arrival. There was sand in the sheets, the curtains are dirty and the couch was old and worn looking.

All went smoothly. Rental agent very helpful. Keyless entry made for easy instant Check in. Nicely decorated condo. The Sandy white beach with abundant shells was a hit with adults and children alike.

Checkin was great, as was parking. Condo balcony furniture was covered in bird poop! Not a fan of sweeping up bird droppings as they carry disease. Kitchen sink faucet was broken but still usable. We took extra care with it. Living room furniture was worn, but very comfortable. Wish there was smart TV in the master bedroom, but only had older TV with no Roku capability. Living room had smart TV with Netflix, which was a plus! The beds were very comfortable and we all had plenty of room. The condo met our needs for this vacation. We would recommend this resort for other people, but this condo does need to upgrade there TV’s to smart TV.

The room was everything we wanted. We have four kids so the couch was perfect for us all to sit on and watch a movie at the end of the day. Kitchen had everything you needed and more which is huge because I love to cook. Thank you for a wonderful place.

We had a great stay and will return! Condo was clean, well stocked and looked exactly like the pictures on VRBO site. We loved the location and amenities. My husbands only complaint was wanting a bigger tv in master bedroom to watch football 😂. I highly recommend and we will be returning

Bird droppings covered the cloth patio furniture. We had to cover it with towels to sit outside. Living room furniture had dirty cushions as we as trash, liquid, sticky underneath. Don't lose the remote! Getting past these things, the property had gorgeous pools and plenty of room.

As you see in the other reviews, the condo was DISGUSTING! I swept & also bought a mop to mop the floors because they were so bad & I have a 11 month old that would be crawling around. The shower in master bathroom had mold ALL over it. The master was a decent size but room with queen bed is very deceiving, it’s very very small & as I said I brought my daughter who slept in her pack & play & left us with no room but if you look at the picture it looks decent size! The bunk bed room was even tinier & had no railing on the top bunk so scared me that my 6 year old would have rolled off. To top it off, the lock on the door is broken & very crappy. Someone could have easily broke into the room if they wanted to because how bad it was! Also, getting ahold of anyone is absolutely ridiculous & you won’t hear back for 2+ days, so if an emergency you might as well forget about it because the condo front desk can’t help because it’s not their condo. So overall I will never be staying in this condo!!!!

But, when we really started looking at it there was sand and dirt everywhere. I picked up a cushion, sand went everywhere-enough to build a sandcastle. The couch is dirty and stains all over it. There was dirt and empty water and Gatorade bottles under every bed. The shower curtain was so dirty I put up a new liner myself. The bathtub had a Very Slow drain. The balcony was terribly nasty with bird poop everywhere. I spent several hours cleaning it myself the first day so we could relax and enjoy the rest of the week. We have a two year old and there was No way I would have let her walk around barefoot or sit on the couch before I had cleaned everything. We did enjoy the resort and the beach. The elevators are fast and parking was good-over walk was nice.

The location was perfect. Gorgeous beach. Large condo with extremely comfortable couch and master bedroom. Staff at Majestic Towers was super nice. The Majestic Towers we're extremely clean, however the condo itself could use a bit more thorough cleaning. Not dirty, just not as clean as you would hope for in a rental. My only complaint is the management company was not responsive. The last 2 and a half days of our 6 day stay the main bathroom toilet would not work. Called multiple times and kept being td they would be there soon. They never came. Very disappointing when you purposely rent a condo with 2 bathrooms because there are 5 adults. This condo is really gross, Took me two hours to clean chunks of mold off inside of MB shower in tears that I had my family drive 15hrs to. The other bathroom shower curtain and liner mold and disgusting! I reached out to The rental
Company prior and was assured there was new cleaners and would be clean(LIES) Also reached out to them after arriving stating how dirty it was and sent pictures (THEY DO NOT CARE) you will get no apology or response once letting them know! The balcony is not usable as others stated pigeons poop all over ground and furniture,railings! You will be unable to let you or your children walk in condo due to dirty floors and disgusting stained rugs! The pictures are not true, disgusting from patio, bathrooms rugs floors couch everything is dirty!!! Rental company makes you pay an extra $700-800 in fees and cleaning fees, taxes outside of the VRBO payment you make at booking! I was sick over this literally do not make the mistake I did don’t stay here I’m pregnant with five kids 16-2 years and they’re is no pull out sofa in the den! Majestic Towers amenities are good just don’t stay at this condo! I have stayed at lots of beautiful VRBO properties follow the reviews and don’t be fooled by shady rental company that represents this condo!!

I should have taken into account the other reviews when booking this condo. But I thought I would give them a try, the pictures looked great! Upon arriving there was sand still on the tile. We found dirty socks and so much lint and dust under the couch. We found toys under the bed, which also looked like it hadn't been cleaned under in a long time - dust, lint and the support under the middle of the bed was broken. The rug in the living room was stained, dirty and looked like it wasn't vacuumed well. The deck had bird poop on the walls where the birds had been on the light fixtures, bird poop on the cushions, and the deck floor. The deck was disgusting. I am not a complainer. So we cleaned what needed to be cleaned and went on with our vacation. I am also a VRBO owner and I take very good care of where we stay. We cleaned as the check out statement said. On my way home Saturday, I received a phone call from Emerald Coast and a lady was screaming at me-wouldn't even let me talk- stating that I had left the condo in a mess and they had to throw the rug away bc it was dirty. They also stated that the owners were coming in that afternoon to stay in the condo and they were charging me for damages. I asked for pictures bc I had not left it in a mess. They did not provide me with any pictures and charged my credit card for $150 without authorization. Their lack of cleanliness while the owner is away is not my problem and if they had kept the condo clean -in reading the other reviews - that wasn't the case- they wouldn't be scrambling when the owner comes to town and charge me to clean the condo properly as it should have been cleaned after every stay. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. If the owner would like to contact me, I would be happy to talk with them, but the property manager is not doing their job and you, the owner are losing renters because of it. Read the reviews and see how clean they are keeping your condo.
