About this house rental

Only 1 hour drive from Sydney's Southern suburbs, and 15 mins south of Wollongong. Located directly on Lake Illawarra, Lakeview Cottage is a modern 3 bedroom self contained brick waterfront cottage. Accommodates 7-9 (7 on beds + 2 extra on double sofa bed in lounge room) * Main bedroom- Queen bed with ensuite * Bedroom 2 - Double bed and 1 single bed, * Bedroom 3 - Twin single beds, * Double sofa bed in lounge room Blankets and pillows are provided. NOTE- linen and towels are NOT automatically included in your booking. We offer guests the choice to either bring your own linen and towels and save money, or else hire from the linen service for an additional laundering fee. Why? Our aim is to provide great value for money quality accommodation, and as such we like to provide our guests the choice to keep prices as low as possible. However if you would like linen and towels provided, please let us know at least 1 week before your stay so that it can be pre-booked and ready upon your arrival. A short drive to Warrawong shopping centre, Windang and Warilla beach and other local tourist attractions around the Illawarra district. Great surf inlets are nearby for safe swimming for children and play parks within walking distance. Come and relax for the weekend, unwind and watch the sunsets over the lake. Boats in photo are not included, but guest are welcome to bring their own kayak, canoe, or blow up boat for fun on the lake. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. If the property is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, above the regular allowance cleaning time, then an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. Linen is to be supplied by the tenant unless hire arrangements are made. Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

We are a group of 6 adults; the house was amazingly spacious for all of us. Such an open relaxed feel in a great location on the lake. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds and lounges. Great location close to many scenic attractions. We would definitely stay there again.
