Surrounded by trees and natural abundance, the house provides a sense of privacy in an ideal central location near Downtown Novato. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms, a full bath, fully stocked kitchen and open living dining room. Upstairs is the spacious primary suite with spa like bath. Come relax and enjoy! This property is exactly as pictured. It is very comfortable, and has everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. We were particularly happy to be staying in such a lovely place during covid.
It is walking distance into the downtown area, where you can grocery shop or enjoy dining out.
The outdoor space is comfortable and private.

One of, if not the best, vacation rental properties that we've stayed at! Great location that is close to restaurants, stores and wineries; relaxing property with tons of outdoor space; beautiful house that is extremely well-stocked and very comfortable! I would definitely recommend staying here!

House was nice on the inside. Wish it had at least another half bath since we had 7 adults. Check in was easy. Joe came to see us when we arrived to go over everything. He was great. Used washing machine and dryer. Used the outdoor grill as well as cooking other meals. Some of cooking pots and pans need to be replaced. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and nice. House was in safe, good location for seeing San Francisco and areas north of there.

We had a great stay for 6 weeks while we were in town looking for a home. We were delighted by the wild turkeys and deer that would appear in the backyard now and again. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

This is the ultimate peaceful Spanish villa with A+ accommodations - comfy beds, gourmet kitchen, lots of extra touches in artwork, accessories, and decor. They thought of everything!

I stayed at this house for 2.5 weeks with a group of friends as a way for us to spend time together safely. With an amazing kitchen, plenty of sleeping space, and decent wifi (can support up to 4-5 simultaneous Zooms but with occasional freezing), this was a great group retreat. It's easy walking distance to a grocery store and CVS, and only a slightly longer walk to restaurants.
The house does have a spacious backyard with a grill and table and chairs, and it feels quite secluded. However, the vineyard, gardens, and creek mentioned in the listing are separate and not a part of this rental experience.

Tucked Away
It was so great to be right near everything in Novato, but then to feel tucked away like we were on our own private vineyard with the space around us and the creek right there. Joe was great!

Quiet, private, and great location.
We stayed at this property for a month this year. It is very quiet and private, with Novato creek running by the house. If you enjoy seeing wildlife this place is perfect. From our back deck we saw; humming birds, quail, turkeys, deer, fox, coyote and a bobcat. The home is well furnished and the owner was easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking in the Marin area.

This home had a wonderful and spacious kitchen with lots of counter space, comfortable dining/game table, nice well decorated sitting area with a gas fireplace, three sets of French doors, greenery around the home and an epic tree, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and lovely decor. I especially appreciated the spices, ziplock bags, tissue boxes, and toilet paper that were supplied. We were there for Christmas and there was a small tree with lights and garland going up the staircase. Joe was wonderful with questions and is very easygoing.

We were visiting Novato for a friend's wedding This house was comfortable and close to wine country and beautiful Armstrong Redwoods. We loved Novato Oldtown for boutique shopping. It was the perfect place for our group of friends. The owners were great to work with!

Wonderful Spot
We stayed here while attending a wedding in Tomales, with related activities in Petaluma, and then spent a wonderful few days exploring Point Reyes, the Muir Woods and Healdsburg wine tasting. The location meant we could navigate to our destinations on less travelled roads and skip the congestion of 101. The house is beautifully appointed - the master bedroom features one of the most comfortable king beds we have ever slept on and a shower with a rain faucet. Kitchen held everything we needed to provide meals for ourselves. Morning coffee on the back stoop found several deer, turkeys and egrets wandering through. A quiet neighborhood. If you need close-by exercise and stunning views of this valley, the Open Space trails at the end of Simmons Drive are perfect (and yes, somewhat steep).

Guest House
We were greeted by Debbie for check-in with an over view of
the property. The guest house is huge with a large open kitchen, dining area, and living room. There are two bedrooms sharing a bath on main floor. Upstairs has a large
master and bathroom. The guess house is located on three
acres shared with the main house. The property is very private shared with deer, turkey, and jack rabbits.
After a day of touring wine country it was our home away from home. We would definitely stay again. We would like to
to thank Debbie for an evening sharing wine and cheese and her beautiful art work.

Wonderful location for visiting San Fransisco, Bay Area, Napa Valley and Point Reyes
We really enjoyed this beautiful house, the large and very well equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds and the astonishing bathrooms (especially the rainshower).
For us this home was the perfect location for visiting the Bay Area, Mount Tamalpais, Point Reyes ...
The host was awesome and gave us really good suggestions for activities.
While the house is not too far away from downtown Novato, we enjoyed the wild turkeys and deer in the garden.
Thanks for sharing this beautiful home, we would love to return some day!

Great place
This location was perfect for the plans we had. House was super spacious and full of character! The landscape and surrounding garden was beautiful. This house came with a crib which was perfect as we had a 10 month with us. Beds were super comfy and the “blackout” curtains in the master were awesome! Great master bath with large shower! Kitchen and gathering room was spacious and open which was very convenient for cooking, snacking and hanging out. There are many other amenities and pluses that come with this cool and hip house. This place rocks; trust me, give it a try.

Great location for San Fransisco and Napa attractions
Beautiful home that is wonderfully decorated. Good location north of SF and south of Napa. Kitchen is very large. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Wish the outside was maintained as well as the inside from a cleanliness perspective. Many cob webs. Didn’t feel comfortable about sitting outside although the weather was great. Would recommend and would come back again.

Nice Home Overall
The home was really nice but it wasn’t cleaned well. Arrived to a dirty diaper and toilet. Texted the owner with no response. The home doesn’t have air conditioning and it was extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. Overall the home is really nice and private. If has potential to be a 5 star place and would stay there again in a pinch.

Outstanding!
Our family of four adults and two children stayed at the property and we were highly impressed. From the time we arrived we felt so comfortable and at home. The house is beautifully decorated, the amenities are wonderful and seeing deer and fox right on the property were an added bonus, especially for we Canucks! We were so impressed with everything and the location was a perfect halfway point between Sonoma and San Fran. We can't wait to return!
