Maison très agréable, spacieuse très bien située au calme. Super piscine chauffée. Un seul petit point négatif, salles de bain peu spacieuses. Attention ce n'est pas forcément très clair dans l'annonce, les frais de ménage ne sont pas compris dans le prix payé au départ. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce lieu magnifique, vue sur le lac et entouré de montagnes.

Ras sauf absence de notice d'utilisation de la maison:electricite,box certains appareils de cuisine etc.. mais au total pas de deception et conforme aux attentes. A noter que la notice sur Abritel est complete mais mal présentéee et amène des confusions.

Beaucoup de points positifs qui ont rendu notre séjour très agréable : situation géographique rêvée, extérieurs et espace piscine top, pièces de vie (cuisine et salon) spacieuses et agréables à vivre. Equipement de la maison très complet. Propriétaire réactif face aux petits désagréments rencontrés (panne du portail) Petit bémol : les salles de bains, notamment dans leurs dimensions et fonctionnalités, ne sont pas à la hauteur de la maison

Pour le prix payé, déçus par les prestations : 10 jours sur les 15 sans électricité à partir de 22h45 donc plus de TV, plus de lumière, plus de congélateur, plus de réfrigérateur et un propriétaire qui nous demande de résoudre nous même le problème avec sa compagnie électricité ! La maison est agréable, bon matériel à disposition dans la cuisine mais propreté discutable (malgré le prix demandé pour le ménage). Route passante à proximité donc bruyante.

An ideal property for our family of 6 (kids age 16-10). Lots of space and a great outside area Fantastic location to explore the Alps. Cycle path very close and easy to get to. You can walk to the lake which is great for water sports.

Villa Bornetta is een magnifiek huis op een toplocatie. Zeer ruime benedenverdieping, boven vanwege vide iets minder groot. Alles ruim voor handen. Bedden niet erg ruim voor 2-personen. Poolhuisje leuk voor tienerzoon (alleen geen wifi ontvangst...). Enorme TV, wifi was redelijk. Helaas geen airco. Niet alle deurtjes sluiten en openen helemaal goed en het wordt weer bijna tijd voor een verfbeurtje, maar dat is niet belangrijk. Tuin zeer ruim en privé, wel slippers aan vanwege distels en dennenappels. Verwarmd zwembad fantastisch! Wel goed schoon houden (schepnet en stofzuigertje, heel simpel) en in de gaten houden dat de chemicaliën er nog zijn, anders wordt het snel een zeepachtig bad (zie vorige review). Fantastische uitzichten om de omringende bergen en de paragliders (doen!). Broodjes lopend bij de camping of bij bakker of supermarkt in het dorpje. Een paar minuten lopen naar een klein strandje, een kleine 15 minuten naar het grote strand tussen beide campings. Communicatie met eigenaar alleen in het Frans, woont in een appartement in Annecy en in de winter in dit huis. Wij waren met 6 (2 volwassenen en 4 tieners) en hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt, een absolute aanrader!

Location brilliant but the property was unclean the grass was over grown and the pool was filthy and was not cleaned until day 2.5 of our stay which was unacceptable as the temperature was 35+ I feel the property did not reflect the photographs online, we have stayed with many homeandaway properties but this has been the dirtiest and most uncomfortable property we have stayed in very dissapointing .

It doesn't feel like a holiday home as it really is a stylish, personalised home. Spectacular views are framed through every window and the pool and pool house are a luxurious extra. We found it to be in a great location as Lake Annecy is a bustling place, but this property is elevated away from the main road, and at the other end from Annecy itself, so you can stay and have your own space, but you're not too far from shops and eateries. It was a really special holiday and we would love to return.

Great stay in lovely property with fantastic pool. Clean and well located to beach and lake. Stairs were a little tricky with toddler but otherwise was a great useable space for all our family and we all loved our stay here.

Lovely property with garden and pool in fabulous location by Lac Annecy. Mr Grasso was very welcoming. Great facilities outside with ping pong table, dining table for 8 and pool loungers. Wonderful views across the garden to mountains and lake.

Très bien sûr tout rapport ! Rien à dire tout était parfait . Mr Grasso le propriétaire est parfait . Vraiment très très bon séjour , nos chiens se sont régalés avec le jardin clôturé . Et merci à Monsieur Grasso de nous avoir fait confiance et d’avoir accepté nos amis à quatre pattes. Pictures hardly do this beautiful home justice. Phenomenal sense of space, security and tranquillity in the heart of nature. Something for everyone in an extended family ranging in age from 83 to 18 months! Can't recommend it highly enough for families who enjoy dividing their time between complete leisure and high intensity activity. Very comfortable beds and a separate little house for teenager/couple if needed!

Nous avons eu 15 jours merveilleux dans cette superbe maison, extrêmement confortable spacieuse, aérée, calme, très bien équipée, il ne manque rien, grande piscine chauffée idéale pour une famille, grand jardin, vue lac et montagne Propriétaire sympathique et discret, on a le sentiment d'être chez soi, proche toutes commodités et location de bateaux à deux pas. A recommander absolument

'Nous avons plus qu'apprécié notre séjour. La maison est vaste, hyperéquipée tant pour la logistique que pour les loisirs. La piscine est chauffée à bonne température. La situation est idéale dans un cadre reposant. L'accueil du propriétaire fut chaleureux. Nous n'avons pas une seule critique à formuler. Nous recommandons cette adresse à nos amis.
