Location, quiet.
Proximity of the beaches and center of Beg Meil.
Toilets not clean - Very strong and unpleasant urine odor in the toilets when we arrived. We had to clean them whereas it should have been done before our arrival.
Bathroom equipment outdated.
Floor (in the ground floor) outdated.
Baseboard (in the ground floor) outdated and broken in some places.
Windows not clean (Valid for ground and 1st floor).
Garden not well maintained (lots of plants were "dead" since a long time).
Touristic documentation of 2021 (we had to go to the Tourism office to get the 2022 version).
The fact that the owner claimed - one day after we left - that we damaged the sunshade w/o any evidence to it and we had to pay 50€ to repair it.
