Die LAGE war ganz ok .... Supermarkt und U-Bahn sowie Bus in der Nähe (10 min.)

Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut nicht den Bildern von Booking com...vielleicht hat es vor 15 Jahren dort so ausgesehen, alles ALT, ABGEWOHNT, SCHIMMEL!

Easy access to transport links and great views over the river. Easy check in procedure.

Nothing - it was a great stay

The only credit about this property was the location. The tube station and the ferry was close by.

We had a bad experience staying at this property. We were asked to get the property keys from an unclean and smelly garbage bin collection room. The heating system wasn’t working in the living room and inefficient heating in bedrooms. There was mould found in various places. The bath towels were wet and smelly. The bedroom and bathroom doors didn’t close properly. The beds were uncomfortable. To the Host’s credit, they did send us fresh towels on the 2nd day and also attempted to fix the heaters. Hoping that the host will look into all the above complaints and rectify.
