Place had everything we needed. The place was cozy and quaint. We got a much needed rest and family memories for a lifetime. The orange cat was sweet and a wonderful welcoming committee.

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this beautiful Hana home. Even in December, my daughter was able to sleep in the outdoor Lanai. We hope to come back and stay here again!

An adorable property with everything a family would need plus some. We only stayed a night but look forward to returning for a longer stay.

Overall great stay. There were a couple people walking through the side of the yard late at night that we didn’t love. But overall great experience. Felt like we were in the rainforest!

Great little house in Hana. Love the screened in porch with bed!

This was our third visit to Maui and our first time in Hana. So glad we decided to stay for 3 nights and soak up the ambiance (including a deluge of rain at one point, which was the perfect excuse to curl up on the bed on the lanai). We had excellent food from Hana Farms and Kilo's food truck. There was a surprising amount of traffic on the street in front of the house, which did detract somewhat from the peace and beauty of Hana.

Place and location are amazing for 3 nights during our honeymoon.
My only issue is that this is shared bnb. Yes I knew that but people upstairs were checking in and out everyday during out stay. So the cleaning staff, even if they were really nice were staying the entire afternoon and we didn't had the privacy we were expecting during the day (cleaning and running the machines) Especially with a patio like this one, it could have been perfect.
If you staying for the night, this is the place!!

We loved this property. It's a great place to spend a night in Hana if you'd like to do the road to Hana over 2 days. Everything was as expected. Sleeping on the outdoor Lanai was fantastic. We arrived later in the day which was nice as the property does not have AC. It was warm and humid until a few hours after sunset. My only recommendation agrees with the other reviewers that a mini split would be nice!

We loved our stay in Hana. This place was small but perfect for a getaway. Right down the street was the bay and red sand beach. Walking distance from food trucks and the general store. We loved waking up to the ocean every morning and sitting out in the screened in porch for breakfast. a MUST STAY for your Hana getaway.

My wife and I did the loop of the Road to Hana split in two days, so we stayed the night in Hana. This was the perfect place to stay as it was right in town. The space was clean and quaint and had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing cards on the screened porch listening to the sounds of nature. There were plenty of fans and windows to circulate the air comfortably. Would definitely stay here again! If you're a cat person, theres a sweet orange cat that comes by - we named it Spam and we miss it very much.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hana. It was wonderful that it had a washer and dryer. I absolutely loved the screened in front porch. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the windows open since they were so close to the ground and I was only traveling with my daughter. We were over heated in the house with only leaving one window open at night. It was the only window that was high and low to the ground. It was very hot at night mostly because we are use sleeping in air-conditioning on hot summer nights and to scared to leave all the windows open in the house at night because we were in a wooded rainforest. I think if we weren’t used to sleeping in air-conditioning it wouldn’t have bothered us so much. We both were very sweaty and had a hard time sleeping both nights because of the humidity and ho summer night. We loved the house but have decided for future plans we will book a place with AC. We will never forget this experience because we woke up and had no idea that Lahaina had burned down last night, because there is no reception at this house. The Wi-Fi does not work, no TV and can’t make it out going call I’m your cell phone. It doesn’t have anything to do with the Wi-Fi technically at this house that’s how it is on the entire side of Hana, everywhere, every house! Only reception is at the gas station. We found a local family to stay with after we checked out because we couldn’t get to our hotel in Lahaina because of the wildfires.

Highlights - cat, sleeping on the porch and garden.

We were a family of four and found this to be a perfect accommodation for our stay in Hana (one night). The decor is charming and landscaping beautiful. The enclosed porch allowed us to enjoy our evening. We didn’t do much cooking while we were there, but the kitchen seem to have everything you might need. There is no dishwasher but that wasn’t an issue for our short stay. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful evening enjoying the rain showers. A great place up in Hana.

Wow, this is a beautiful place to stay. Very quiet and convenient to everything in and around Hana. The orange cat from nextdoor is welcoming and sweet. Sunrise at Koki beach is 10 minutes away and well worth getting up early to see. The owners provided a lot of great information about Hana. Everything you need is there washer/dryer full kitchen and a great screened lanai to nap and sleep on. The grounds are beautiful and we even had fresh bananas for our stay.

Our family is 5 (3) adult kids in their 20’s spent one night at this property and we wish we would’ve had more time. We had flown in from Denver earlier that day and immediately hit the road to Hana. We made this our final destination so that we could get up early the next day to hike and see all the sites on our return back. The property had everything we needed to relax and soak up the beauty of Maui. My kids slept indoors while my husband and I slept on the screened in porch. The property is located very close to Hamoa beach, where we went swimming the first evening, then had dinner at one of the food trucks nearby. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast and a morning pot of coffee. There was even a beautiful avocado tree in the yard and a banana tree. The fruit wasn’t right but it was really fun to see it growing. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Hana.

Thank you so much for having us at your property in Hana. We really enjoyed it - it was perfect location for us to explore east Maui! Mahalo

If you want to be immersed with Hawaiian life, this is the place to be. It had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beddings. We are a family of four and we slept great in our own beds. My husband and I slept great in the lanai bed, esp when it rained at night. Such a cool feeling! Be warned though it’s actually a day bed so if you want to sleep facing the road and you’re taller than 5’4, your feet will be hanging on the edge. Two people can sleep parallel to the road though and be comfortable. Highly recommend, wish we could stay another night. Oh and the sweet cat was an added bonus!

Overall great but quick stay. House was clean and sleeping outside was a neat experience.

We stayed two nights here. Though there was no water view, it was peacefully located among beautiful foliage. The road was close, but you saw no cars and it was quiet at night. If you want to sightsee, this would be perfect. If you are coming to Hana to relax by the water, this would not be your choice. The unit was immaculately clean and so many beach equipment was provided. There ere numerous food trucks close by if you don’t want to cook.

Everything went super smooth. They have everything we needed at the property. From hairdryer to shampoo/conditioner/body wash to all the cooking utensils we needed. The only thing that we had an issue with was getting the TV to work right. Directions would be helpful for those techno deficit. =)

We stayed 2 nights. Great place! It was clean and well set up. Very quiet. The day bed and table on the enclosed lanai was great. We spent most of our time in the evenings there. We only had 5 minutes of rain our whole stay, yet we found the temperature inside fine and we were there in June. Everyone slept great. The yard is very private. There is vacant land next to yard that has avocado trees and banana trees. It is very central to everything. It is a few minutes walk to beach or a couple of minutes drive to beach at wharf. We went to Waiʻanapanapa State Park (you must have a reservation to go there), and then we went to the lava tubes. Both are 10 minutes from house and a must see. We had dinner one night at the Hana Ranch restaurant which is 5 minutes away from house. The food there is excellent. We sat outside and had an ocean view.
After we checked out, we saw the 7 Sacred Pools and a very high waterfall a few miles before that. The waterfall has a bit of parking and a short walk to pond at bottom of falls. We were there early so had area to ourselves for pictures and video of falls. That's the advantage of staying in Hana. You are not in a pack of people roaring from one stop to the next.
Highly recommend this property to stay at, it is great. Lots to see in Hana. Don't try to see everything in one day, stay here a couple of nights. Bring some cat food. I brought Tuna Temptations and the orange kitty thought I was the greatest person on the planet!

This property is conveniently located and a great place to stay if you want to overnight after the road to Hana. We did not understand that it is a 2 unit and we could hear everything that went on upstairs.

Had a lovely stay in Hana in this immaculate property. Charming cottage-like lower unit with perfect amenities. We were there for one night, but we all agreed we would have happily explored Hana for much longer and a lot of that was due to this lovely place to stay and relax.

We loved this little home. The bed on the porch is especially amazing & it was wonderful to have access to everything we needed for the beach! The beds inside are also comfortable and sleeping with the windows open and fan going was perfect!

I loved the daybed in the screened-in porch in the evening. It was so peaceful to see night fall and hear nostly nature sounds.
The stairs to the lower unit need handrails.

We loved staying here in Hana. Your property was awesome and a short trip to the beach. We stayed only one night so we could finish our adventure in Hana. It was perfect the screened in porch was awesome where we spent most of the time. Thank you. We would stay again!! Highly recommend

Lovely property and grounds, well-cared-for, charming decor, well supplied. Appreciated the clear instructions as well as ideas of what to do in the area, local menus, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice place but strongly recommend you print address, directions and key code well in advance of going to Hana. This is because there’s no phone service so very frustrating to find a couple bars on your phone to get the basic information needed to find and enter the unit!

Food nearby was great! The sounds of nature around was nice and relaxing. The fans were nice because it was very warm. I’m all about water pressure when it comes to showers and here it’s perfect! We were only here for a short time so we didn’t get to experience everything but it was perfect after a long day on the road to Hana and then continuing the drive the next day not having to rush.

This property is well maintained and is a fantastic option on the Hana highway. Many things to do nearby and plenty of beach options too. The unit is exactly as it's listed and has everything you might need for a day BBQing and relaxing about the property or at the beach. We have many great memories of our stay in Hana and hope to return.
