The hotel is simply fabulous. Absolutely immaculate, very comfortable and also wonderfully quiet. This meant that we had a lovely restful stay. We were unlucky with the weather. Should you be there when the Sun is shining its location right next to the beach is simply fabulous. The staff were really attentive and helped us with the air conditioning and were quick to help us resolve a mix-up about the payment.

The apartment was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Bathrobe, towels for the beach, pool with bubbles and a big selection of Breakfast and dinner was really nice. The landlady was really caring and fulfilled all of our wishes. She organized all wishes really quick and the next time we come to Crete, we will be looking forward to be her guests again.

the location was excellent, direct at the beach and the view was awesome. The balcony was nice.

the room was horrible. the air conditioning wasn’t good an the bed was also very uncomfortable, so we didn’t sleep much. it was either way to cold because the A/C was blowing right on us, when we turned it off it was immediately hot. The shower was also not great, you either burned your skin or got ice cold water. the shower curtain was always sticking on your skin.

We stayed in a standard double room. Value for money, the sandy beach just in front !!!!!! Maria is making delicious breakfast until 12.00!!! no rush for waking up!!!

This is an absolutely lovely little haven in the very touristy are of Stalis. The rooms are excellent and the whole place feels brand new. Has a nice pool, faces right onto the beach and has a surprisingly good menu of food and drinks. The staff are an absolute pleasure and really make it feel like home. 100% would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Soleil Apartments. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was big and clean and the swimming pool an added bonus. Maria was especially very friendly, breakfast was always really tasty. Good central location. We would recommend this accommodation.

The only down side was a small bathroom.

The owners of the apartments made us feel very welcome, the welcome drink was a nice touch. It is very nicely decorated and very clean. We would love to return.

The hotel is modern, clean and with nicely done rooms, the team is super friendly and caring. Eleni was very welcoming and always there if you need anything. Maria does the best breakfast in town! I will definitely be back just for her breakfast:) Highly recommend it for a relaxing break on a beautiful beach. Especially if you are travelling solo as you will feel like home.

The poolarea is amazing! The hotel is next to many good restaurants. And Maria is the best! She really took care of us. She helped us with flighttransfer, renting a car and was always there for us.

Maria is a diamond. Always on hand, able to offer advice and knowledge. Great selection of drinks at the bar and breakfast/snacks can be arranged. Pool next to the beach. Nice seating area. Not massive but perfect for a get away.

Some more utensils in the little kitchen to make use of it.

. Don’t eat breakfast. Lunches were perfect and just the right amount of choice not to be overwhelmed.

what can I say? me and my husband stayed here for a week in October and the place was great. we managed to upgrade to the suite which was amazing and the staff (especially Maria) was wonderful!

As we were there late in the season the hotel bar was not open in the evening unfortunately but completely understandable. shelve in the shower would have been good but might have ruined the amazing design a bit 😊

Maria was great,we were having our first break for two years.The rooms are okay,could do with a few cooking untensils.Right on the beach ,great sun beds,large pool.Quiet for sleeping ,but it was October.Everything on the doorstop.

More cooking utensils,we like to cook our own breakfast.

Soleil Apartments were located in a fantastic position right on the beach and literally on the main strip of Stalis. Exceptionally clean and wonderful staff who were very welcoming. Quiet accommodation too which was great . Gorgeous boutique establishment.. would highly recommend and would most definitely go back there next time.

The shower cubicles were a little on the small side in the double roomed studios. The shower curtain would stick to my body and I really didn’t like that . Cubicles would be a far better option

You can take your breakfast at the private beach, see photo, served by the lovely Maria. Or you can sit in the beach terrace at night, enjoying the sea. The location in Stalida is perfect!

Shower was not good. Cold water some mornings. There is no way to take a shower without having the shower curtain sticking to your body.

Just returned from our 2week holidays at these amazing apartments, what a gem of a place this is. The position of them is absolutely perfect, directly on the beach, in the middle of stalis and set slightly back from the road so lovely and peaceful. Maria is an amazing lady and always took the time to speak to you, she is a credit to the place. Cleaning lady also lovely as well as owners. Food top notch, lovely cushioned sun loungers. Rooms are small but adequate for sleeping and showering. Overall fantastic stay and hope to be back soon.

Close to the beach , good snack menu, nice pool, friendly and welcoming staff, near to bars and restaurants perfect for our needs.

The incline down to the property.

Such a lovely property and ideally situated for all the fab restaurants and bars in the area (loved heading across the road for a carafe to watch the sunset before dinner in the church square). Wonderful pool, bar and beach with water as calm and warm as the Caribbean and fantastic food and drinks at good prices all served up by the warm and friendly and very hard working Maria! I loved that right from the off Maria knew us on a first named basis and always went out of her way to greet and chat with us (even though she is always rushed off her feet). The room we had was 205 with a fantastic sea and pool view, spotless and recently refurbished to a very high standard for traditional hotels in Crete. Great bathroom, bedroom, air con and kitchen which made it possible to eat breakfast or lunch on the balcony on the odd few days. Cleaned every day but Thursdays and towels and sheets changed every other day. They work with APEX cars up the hill from the hotel and we got an excellent deal on a car for 6 days of the holiday which allowed us to see so much more and much less expensive than taxis!! I love Stalis and Soleil Apartments, and we will be back, especially when we have little ones, I’d love to come back next year and definitely book the same room! Forget the big hotels because they can’t beat this one, service and facilities are second to none for the price with constant repeat clientele and it feels like a family! Why pay for AI when it’s so cheap to eat out and so fantastic (especially if you are a fan of Greek food like we are- please try the local Tavernas and also head to Malia old town to eat at amazing and pretty traditional restaurants - it’s nothing like the Strip in Malia - drive or take the bus on the main road for 2€). This was my 4th time in Crete but my partners 1st and now he is in love with Crete/Greece as much as I am!

Only thing they could improve is a few more supplies in the kitchen which was very basic, a chopping board and a pairing knife and couple other things would help such as a toaster but then...with wonderful Greek food and traditional English breakfast and Greek coffee shops you are not going to be using the kitchen much anyway!
