Good location, friendly staff

The property has a perfect location. Very friendly staff, always attentive to help. The apartment has a very good size and good air conditioner.

The quality of the pillows are very poor. The curtains for the bathroom does cover properly, so every time that we took a shower we made a mess and we have to clean.

The room was very neat with a big balcony , very close to the beach and the city centre( 5-10mins by foot) , the staff were very friendly and welcoming , everything you may need is near the hotel.

We didn’t have warm water for the for the first two days however we let the staff know and the matter was sorted out the next day. The Wi-Fi is only available around the pool area.

Great apartments, I can recommend it. Cleaning everyday for free and kind staff.

Great price/value. Very cheap in a good location. Swimming pool, clean apartment.

Lack of dishwashing liquid and sponge. Few kitchen equipment. But the most important stuffs were there

Disappointing and not worth the money.

Cute flowers in the garden in the front, the balcony was big and you can pay for a late check out. Only positives I can think of.

Wow, how to start. I have never been so disappointed in a booking, and I have stayed at allot of hotels in Sunny Beach during my 21 seasons there. The second we entered the apartment a tile broke, then we see the shower is not properly working (the showerhead holder was broken, and they had no time to fix this in over a weeks stay), the floor was dirty, the balcony was dirty (was never washed during our entire stay, even when we asked them to, they only dry brushed it), the curtains where faulty, stains on the mattresses, covers (with holes) and pillows, sofa was dirty. There also was NO internet inside the hotel, only by the pool. We could only get one toiletpaper roll a day (even tho the apartment was for 3 grown people), the hot water lasts maybe 2 people if you don't wash your hair.

the apartment was clean & nice. receptionist was lovely. there was no wifi or flat screen tv which was advertised be

receptionist was lovely. good location & clean

the fact the boiler didn’t work for a few days & when it got fixed a few hours later went up in flames. if I didn’t have a 5l bottle of water in the fridge who knows what could of happened. no fire alarm. no fire extinguisher or anything. thank god myself & my friend were there or the whole apartment would of went up.

Room was noisy because it was facing a busy street Room smelled like cigarette smoke and mold, disgusting. No wifi in the room. Never again.

Superb

The pool area and the pool itself are very clean. The rooms are nice and comfortable.

The kitchen in the apartments doesn’t have much equipment or utensils.

so simple to find and central for everything- large rooms so wonderful

very large rooms- very clean- friendly staff that spoke English-very central- just lovely and right next door to t he bus station so simple
