Everything was exceptionally great; the place, the view, facilities and the host. My family and I appreciated every second spent there, and the host was very helpful and kind. Looking forward to spending more holidays there. Thanks!

Gary and Lorraine, the owners, were friendly, attentive and helpful, both before and after arrival. The apartment was bigger and more stylish than indicated by the photographs, although the view over the Thames Estuary and Southend Pier was as excellent as promised. The flat was warm and the beds very comfortable.

Location is within walking distance to town centre.The view was amazing!A great place to retreat to,from the hustle bustle of London.Host was very local and had loads of recommendations of places to visit.Thank you for the lovely stay.

Location and views were fantastic. Apartment was very clean, shower was great, beds were comfortable. Had all the appliances and extras needed for a comfortable week. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Parking was limited but caused no major problems.

The location was amazing with a fantastic view of the beachfront and the sea. The apartment was modern with all the necessary amenities included. The host Gary was very friendly and extremely helpful.
