We are right next door (one block) to the Famed La Quinta Resort and Club and were built just 10 years ago, originally as a luxurious annex to the hotel. State of the art construction and amenities, channeling the original aura of this mystical locale. The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 2100 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors. The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. Other things to Note Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival. Interaction with Guests Guests have complete access to our home. We had a blast at the townhome. We had an excellent family vacation and our kids enjoyed swimming and sleeping in the bunk beds. We were able to prepare a lot of meals at home which was nice. We visited old town La Quinta, the Living Desert Zoo, and did the Palm Springs aerial tramway. The property is lovely and very well maintained. The directions on how to use the property were very straightforward. All the guests we spoke with were friendly and nice. I would love to visit again!

Our family of six had the loveliest stay in this stunning resort. The grounds are pristine, and the service excellent. The villa was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was extremely helpful during our planning and stay. We would definitely return here.

Beautiful unit! We have stayed at Legacy Villas before and loved it, however, this unit had backup supplies, such as trash bags, toilet paper and towels, coffee, and basic toiletries. That was a welcome surprise...thank you!

This villa was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space and it was nice to have bathrooms for each bedroom. The location was easy to get to and there are so many pools around that it never got crowded. The villa had everything we needed and we can't wait to return.

Our family's visit was awesome. Everything on the property was so pristine and well cared for, both in our townhome and on the property. The dramatic mountains all around are a part of the experience and it's different then any place I've ever stayed in that regard- really cool. Everything was clean and predictable and easy.

We really enjoyed our week at the Legacy Villas. The set up of our townhome was excellent, and we had everything we needed. We had some issues with the fireplace and AV set up, and our questions and issues were immediately addressed by management. The location is close to markets and restaurants. Highly recommend the complex -- we will be back!

We stayed here for my wife's 40th birthday and it was a TEN! The condo had a great location on the property with a large patio and view of the mountains. The place was very clean and had everything you would need during your stay. I highly recommend this complex and this specific townhouse if you have a decent sized group. There is plenty of space and you will enjoy your time.

The three bedroom villa was perfect for my family. Better than what I expected! Grounds were beautiful, pools super clean. I for sure will book again for family time. Only one complaint not due to anyone's fault. To use the main pool you had to book a two hour time slot. We were not able to get a time for Saturday. The limit is 40 people due to the virus. Walked by the main pool several times and only saw about 20 people. I'm sure people pick a time slot and don't show up. This needs improvement. If a person books they should confirm before their time slot.. if they are no shows, then there should be a waiting list. This way those who couldn't get a time slot would have a chance. The main pool has a shallow end which would have been perfect for my grandkids age 3 and 4.

Very nice and clean property. There is an old school video game machine (PacMan, Donkey Kong, etc) that the kids loved. Very close to two of the many pools on the property. The unit faces the mountains and gives you lots of privacy. We love the Legacy Villas.

The house was perfect for our needs. We were a group of 3 married couples. Everyone had their own space. It is in a wonderful gated neighborhood. The location is perfect for exploring the area. The kitchen has everyting you need should you desire to cook. The management answers any questions you might have very quickly. I only wish we had found this property sooner! We will definitely be back!

What a perfect setting for our "moms and kids' getaway". The townhome is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly appointed. We enjoyed cooking meals together, playing board games, and night swimming in several of the beautiful pools. We were here in August, so the desert is hot during the day. We enjoyed getting out and going to the nearby indoor trampoline park. The location and the townhouse were perfect in every way, and we will definitely stay here again. I can't imagine going to a hotel here when this is so luxurious and wonderful. Thank you again!

This has been our family's favorite destination and it was a wonderful way to top off our summer vacation before the start of school. As always, the villas are top condition and the bedding is so comfortable! The kids love visiting the turtles at the big pool and meeting new friends.

This townhouse was absolutely perfect. The home was beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, the kitchen was well stocked, and bathrooms felt like we were staying in a luxury 5-star hotel. This townhouse backs up to a mountain which provides privacy and creates a feeling of being close to nature and peace. It's a short walk to numerous pools. The garage kept our two vehicles nice and cool. There were also extras that we weren't expecting such as bicycles with helmets, beach towels, and an arcade game machine that kept the kids in our group happy and busy! The easy-to-use AC made it easy to control the temperature. Small touches like laundry and dishwasher soap, and trash bags, made it easy to keep on top of things so that we could just relax and enjoy our weekend. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and just relax.

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children in this beautiful townhome. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner with a fully stocked kitchen and lovely dining room. The furniture is comfortable, and there is a pool right next store. Best of all, it is very private and quiet with a balcony right up against the hillside. Staff is helpful. We would absolutely stay again.
