Charming room and kitchen convenient to alpine excursions.
Charming room and kitchen convenient to alpine excursions.
In a beautifully renovated home, owner Bea makes your stay in Chur feel like a second home. The home provides guests with a meticulously decorated and clean room on the ground floor less than a km. from the train station and the heart of Chur. There is a fully-appointed kitchen that is modern and is a great way to cut back on meals out or keep fresh fruit and drink available. Bea provides plenty of tourism packets for plans on hikes, excursions, maps, attractions, events and she will even provide recommendations suitable for your particular needs. The beds are 2 singles - not a double - and are comfortable. Internet and TV with cable are a plus. It is extremely private (high bushes) from the street, however, those who are not used to city traffic should be warned that it is a highly traversed street from early morning to late at night. The only other caveat is that it is not a private individual apartment as listed. The lobby is actually a common area shared with the (quiet!!) household and the toilet is accessible in the lobby. All the doors open in the photo are not available with 1 1/2 room rental. Bea is an A++ host and will do all she can to make your stay in Chur comfortable!
