Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt und im Supermarkt um die Ecke bekommt man alles was man braucht. Unbedingt einmal im Restaurant Koboba Kaminada essen gehen.

Sehr, sehr schönes Grundstück mit tollem Pool und Rasenfläche zum Spielen für die Kinder. Der Pool war stets sauber und wir mussten uns nicht darum kümmern, sondern konnten unseren Aufenthalt dort einfach nur genießen. Egal, ob auf den Sonnenliegen, oder der Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Richtig gut gefallen hat uns auch das Laubdach über den Bänken und dem Tisch. Dort haben wir so manche Abende verbracht. Im Innenbereichen hat auch alles der Beschreibung entsprochen, war sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles in allem ein super Urlaub und wir danken für die schönen Momente an die wir uns gerne erinnern 😀🇭🇷

Das Haus hatte alles, was man für eine entspannte Zeit mit seiner Familie braucht. Besonders gut haben uns die separat gelegene Küche und der Sitzplatz im Freien gefallen, sowie der super Pool. Der Bäcker, ein nettes Lokal, frisches Obst und Olivenöl vom lokalen Bauern und der Strand waren gleich in der Nähe (fußläufig). Für Ausflüge durch Istrien war Liznjan ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt. Bei Problemen oder Fragen konnten wir jederzeit unsere Vermieter kontaktieren und eine Lösung wurde schnell gefunden. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Kinderfreundlicher Anlage. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und modern. Freundliche Vermieter und insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.

La casa è formata da due appartamenti identici, con due camere, bagno con doccia e soggiorno con tv, ed una cucina indipendente, con tutto il necessario. Due grandi tavoli, uno all'interno e uno all'esterno, ombreggiato, un bel barbecue ed una fantastica piscina, non enorme, ma più che sufficiente. Il mare più vicino è a pochi minuti in auto, altre calette interessanti a meno di mezz'ora di distanza. Il ristorante dietro l'angolo è un'ottima soluzione quando non si ha voglia di cucinare. Tanta scelta di ristoranti nella vicina Medulin. I proprietari sono disponibili e gentili, parlano sia inglese che italiano. Ambiente pulito. In due parole, tutto ottimo.

Villa is split into two separate apartments of a double room a twin room, shower room & lounge area with a communal kitchen, so is ideal for a two family holiday or in our case our two 'older' kids shared the upper apartment and we shared the lower one with our youngest - everyone had their own room, everyone was happy ! - Aircon a big bonus on the hot evenings! Outside area is great ! Private parking with entrance gate, large patio area with a grapevine canopied large bench table, a lovely pool that has steps and a 1.4m depth allover, an outdoor hot shower and a purpose built barbecue. The whole property looks like its been recently renovated as it is well appointed, clean, well equipped and furnished. Property manager/owner was friendly, helpful and was at the end of the phone if required and check in/out was simple. Overall we all loved the villa and had a wonderful stay. Liznjan is a good base to explore the south of Istria with all the major attractions just a short drive away (there is a local bus service right on the corner outside the Bakery next door that runs to/from Pula) Bakery is next door open from 7am - 9pm with lovely fresh bread and pastries, a great local and inexpensive restaurant (Gastronica Stari Ribar) opposite, a number of small mini-markets within a couple of minutes walk and a pharmacy too. My only criticism, although minor, would be the location of neighbouring properties, would have preferred something a little more private, however it did not have an affect on the enjoyment of our stay. Would happily recommend this property.

Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Familien. Die Wohnungen sind separat voneinander, so dass jeder seine Privatsphäre hat. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Freisitz mit großem Tisch war sehr schön, wo man auch die Kinder im Blick hatte während sie ihren Spaß im Pool hatten. Der Pool ist 1.40 m tief. Eine Bäckerei sowie die Post sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenfalls ist ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie 3 Restaurants in Ort vorhanden. Der Hauptstrand von Ližnjan ist ok, aber es gibt in der näheren Umgebung sauberere Strände. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insgesamt war das ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
