About this condo rental
-BOOK TODAY! READY FOR YOUR VACATION!- **The pool is ready! Get ready to dive in!** Gulf front beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo. Enjoy beautiful evening sunset views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from your screened balcony. Located on the North part of the island, it is only a short walk to Fort Myers Pier, Times Square shopping, restaurants, and Bowditch Point Park. A real plus is the free FMB Trolley that runs between the condo and Times Square and downtown every 15 -25 minutes. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom as well as a private upgraded walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa, allowing up to 6 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is an in-unit washer / dryer included. The beach is wide and filled with fine white sand that you will absolutely love. The property has beach chairs for your convenience and also there are beach chairs for rent with umbrellas on the beachfront. Free Wi-Fi, commercial pool, and community BBQ grill. Looking for additional space to rent with friends? Inquire with us and we'll confirm if our other units in this same building are also available for your dates. This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This unit also requires a parking pass that will be left in your unit, please hang that from your rearview mirror or leave it face up on your dash. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. 7-night minimum rental for peak season (December - April) and 3 night minimum in off season (May-November). During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials around the property as a result of renovations after Hurricane Ian. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. The property was great however the property manager was not very responsive when we reached the condo. The washing machine was broken and we lost 2 hours of beach time while waiting for a call back

Fully stocked unit. Wonderful view. Convenient location! Lock for door was a little tricky, but once you get the hang of it- no problem!

Accessibility
This condo is located at a perfect spot on the Fort Meyers Beach, more northern end. We enjoyed making meals in the condo, eating dinner out on the beachfront, and watching the sunset together at night! Wonderful experience for our family. We will be planning our trip for next year soon!

Great stay!
We had a great stay at this condo! It was right on the gorgeous white sand beach with warm gulf water. The hotel next door was super busy but very few people on "our area" of the beach was great. We had a pool as well and the kids went back and forth from pool and beach a lot. The condo was great, view was awesome. Only downfall was the walls/ceilings were a little thin so we could hear our neighbors, but that's condo living! They had a ton of beach chairs, pool noodles, floaties, volleyball, and many other things to keep us and the kids entertained. Walkable to the pier and main restaurant/shopping areas and quick drive to attractions off the island!

I thought the check in process was absolutely terrible we called and said that we would be there early is there a chance that we could get in early and they’re like oh yeah will let you know will call you soon as it’s done we waited and waited and waited for 30 there is a cloudburst wind blowing we are absolutely drenched freezing Ask if we could please unlock the door and the door absolutely would not open until 5 o’clock they were rude about it I love the condo I love the place we stayed but I do not want to work with those people again

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The master bed is one of the most comfortable we ever slept on. The furnishings were perfect. Well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Within an easy walk to Times Square and all the restaurants. Best of all was the addition of beach towels and beach chairs and umbrellas and beach toys. I would book this place again.

Beautiful well kept condo, enjoyed our stay and location. Was happy to be close to the square with less traffic than coming from the opposite direction to the square. Liked that the beach was less crowded than directly out from Pink Shell

Johns condo was beautiful and well kept! It was clean and the linens were fresh!
We had everything we needed! The kitchen was fully furnished and had plenty of plastic bowls/lids which is a big deal! There was a nice beach umbrella and chairs. Plenty of pool / beach toys and noodles! This all made flying very convenient!
I loved the door entrance keyless entry!!! I warn you.. once you check out the code changes. Luckily I was still in the condo making sure things were left nice while my husband and daughter took the garbage out because we would have left my purse in the condo. Yikes!
There was a trolley stop right near the condo which would be nice if you had little ones. It was only 1.5 miles round trip to the peer and back which is where all of the food and entertainment happens. We walked mostly but it nice to have the option. There is also there motorized bike people who will give you a ride.
Also, community items down by the beach access to use.
