Location is quite good.

Old, small room. Too expensive for what you get. Roof top terrace basically not used / usable at night.

Nice good sized room which was very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice sized bathroom. Ideal for an overnight stay, Close to Cruise Terminal where we were heading to the following morning.

My only criticism was the pillows.

beds were extremely comfortable. room was modern and clean and the hotel was very centrally located yet also quiet. i loved being next to the beautiful parque garcia sanabria.

like the location for the carnaval like the parking bear by in the casino for 12 euro per day

Room was sadly what I’m coming to expect from Booking.com - must be one of the dregs of the hotel - tiny with a very small bed ( only because the room was tiny) you could barely get round the bed to the bathroom

the roof top terrace and pool , but the pool could have been a bit warmer . staff were friendly and helpful

The room was clean. There is a great waitress working in the bar. I think her name is Stefani. Her service was exceptional as well as the service of the young cleaning operative that worked on our floor.

The water in our room didn’t work well - it was switching from hot to cold all the time while we were taking showers. The swimming pool is extra small, and it’s not realistically shown in the pictures. There is no sitting area outside after 8 o’clock. If you don’t pay extra to get a room with a balcony you get a sensation like you are locked up in a prison. This might be an ideal place in case if you cannot book anything else or if you are planning to stay only for a night. It’s definitely not suitable for longer stays.

Perfect place , close by park , shops restaurants.

no parking most of the fun places are in the south of the island (1 hour drive)

ot was newly renovated, very clean amd both breakfast and dinner were delicious! Staff is really polite and nice. The location is well connected with buses.
