We often stay at this hotel, have been here several times in the last month. We rent 2-3 rooms per visit. Everything has always been wonderful. This time we booked 3 superior rooms with sea view. On arrival we were given one room in the main building and two STANDARD SMALL rooms in the neighboring building. My husband uses crutches, and we had an elderly mother with us, who does not walk well. We asked to change the room. Since this building has stairs without an elevator and you need to use 2 (!) elevators to get to the rooms. But the reserved rooms were not provided to us, although there were very few guests in the hotel. The size of the rooms did not meet the conditions of the rooms booked, 30 percent smaller! Poor soundproofing of the windows, half the night we heard loud music with the windows closed from the nearest bar. All together left an unpleasant impression, we were unpleasantly upset…

All together left an unpleasant impression, we were unpleasantly upset ... we asked to reduce the price when we left the hotel, because the rooms provided did not match the booked size, no presence of an extra sofa, the distance to the sea, there was no balcony, but the staff could not solve this problem. We did not receive any response to our letter to the hotel service.

the way to the room was very confusing! parking space is not included but 20 euros a night swmingpool is included but the wellnes with whirlpool is not included(cant see that on the pictures) the swimmingpool area is not maintained well or clean at all…
