I regret that i was there , never again in Radisson Antwe!NOT clean and doesn't worth it !!So dirty

I paid well for three nights and staff were good especially Shamla , but cleaning wise was so unprofessional!! I stayed in room 824 cleaning man came twice , in two nights in raw he did not clean the floor he did not change the sheets coffee machine was dirty and the same old towels!!, for the Radisson reputation is so bad ! I told that to the manger she did not behave professionally with me , giving excuses of yeah ,maybe you did not notice and I will give you some points trying to makee silent, it is not absolutely about the money or the points them O can get whatever discount!! I said the because it is not the first time in Radisson! In Germany and Amsterdam Netherlands were totally different! Sad to write that but this is the reality!

Dirty floor and no new sheets and a dirty floor , really shame on the Radisson Blu management! Cleaning guy was so unprofessional, and the management trying to shut mouth with some points ! I don't need your points or money ! Be professional and behave well , at least for the Radisson name ! Staff reception were respectful but the management is ABSOLUTELY not okay !

Wir hatten drei wunderschöne Tag in Antwerpen. Vielen Dank für das Up-Grate. Wir kommen wieder :)

Der hintere Frühstücksraum war sehr gemütlich und schön ruhig, das war sehr entspannend :) Der leitende männliche Frühstücks-Aufseher ist sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich und sorgt so für eine angenehme Atmosphäre beim Frühstücken.

Der grosse Frühstücksraum ist sehr beengt und sehr laut, wenn viele Menschen dort frühstücken. Die Musik ist zu laut.

Het matras was minder comfortabel en bij de bar was een groot deel niet voorradig. Verder wel prima maar als dit waren de mindere punten.

idéal pour combiner avec concert au Sportpaleis

emplacement central, en face de la gare et au-dessus d'une station de metro, qui est très pratique pour accéder au Sportpaleis. Chambre assez grande et confortable

les chambres ne sont pas vraiment insonorisées, car on entendait le bruit des chambres à côté, et lorsque qn utilisait les toilettes

Heerlijke comfortabele kamer

Lekker zacht bed, en ruime badkamer met bad en douche cabine,

Toegang is wat lastig zeker met meer bekenden in het hotel, je kan sinds kort niet meer zonder pasje de lift gebruiken en je kan alleen naar je eigen verdieping. Verder was het vrij warm op de kamer ondanks dat de verwarming uit stond

Otel ve konumu mükemmel. Ancak otoparkı dardı.

Otel direkt merkez Antwerp tren istayonunun yanındaydı. Otelin çevresinde çok güzel cafeler vardı. Personel de gayet iyiydi. Tavsiye ederim.

Otelin otoparkını kullanmak istedik. Otopark ücretli günlüğü 20 EUR civarında. Ancak aracınızla gün içerisinde otoparka girip çıktığınızda saat ücreti ödüyorsunuz. O da yaklaşık 5 EUR. Ayrıca otopark çok dar ve giriş çıkışlarımızda ciddi sorun yaşadık.

Fijne uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip

Fijne ligging, mooie ruime kamer en een heel comfortabel bed. Ook prettig dat we konden parkeren onder het hotel.

Persoonlijk vond ik het zwembad wat koud en de hamam moest best lang opwarmen. Daardoor voelde het niet echt als wellness. Ook was het restaurant dicht op woensdag en donderdag terwijl het op de website wel als open stond. Met een kleintje hadden we daar rekening mee gehouden. Maar, er is natuurlijk genoeg in de omgeving.

Tweede verblijf in twee jaar tijd, we komen beslist nog eens terug.

- Het hotel had onze wens ingewilligd en ons een kamer in het midden op de bovenste verdieping gegeven, zodat we met ons zoontje van het uitzicht konden genieten. - Het hotel had een klein bedje klaargezet voor ons zoontje, zodat hij niet op de slaapbank hoefde. - Ontbijt was hartstikke uitgebreid en lekker. - Vriendelijk personeel! We voelden ons echt welkom. - Badkamer met bad én douche. - Zeer ruime kamer en badkamer. - Enorm kingsize-bed. - Recht tegenover het station (en de Zoo) en op steenworp afstand van de Keyserlei.

- Het hotel is best prijzig, maar biedt wel waar voor je geld. - De lift aan de straatkant lijkt niet te werken (bij een vorig bezoek ook al niet) (?), waardoor we de kinderwagen en tas naar boven moesten sjouwen.

Nicht wie man 4 Sterne Hotel vorstellt...

Lage ist toll, Bett ist bequem, stilles Zimmer

Wir haben Superior Zimmer mit Stadtblick (auf das Foto war Bahnhof zu sehen - ich habe deswegen nicht Standartzimmer gebucht, denn alles anderes ist gleich), aber aus unserem Zimmer war ein anderer Ausblick. Auch ein entscheidender Argument dieses Hotel zu buchen war ein schönes Frühstücksraum mit dem Blick auf dem Bahnhof. Der Raum wurde aber wegen der Renovierung geschlossen und das Frühstück wurde in der Bar serviert. Im Bad hat Wssser auf dem Boden geflossen und es gab Schimmel (Zimmer 620). Außerdem Service: uns wurde beim einschecken gesagt, dass wir Bademantel/Hausschuhe im Zimmer finden werden. Das war aber nicht der Fall. Danach wurde uns gesagt, dass wir das selbst beim SPA Bereich abholen sollten... Das ist nicht was ich von für 4 Sterne Hotel Superior Zimmer erwarte....

Fijn hotel maar niet voor herhaling.

Lekker dichtbij de stad. Ruime kamer en groot bed was heerlijk.

De hygiëne in de badkamer. Bad was niet schoon, wasbak liep niet goed door. Bij vragen naar het schoonmaken/maken hiervan werd er gezegd dat dit gedaan zou worden. Eenmaal terug op de kamer was er niks schoongemaakt/gemaakt.

Absolutely amazing!

Our stay in this hotel was an amazing experience all in all. The proximity from almost everything is really great. The staff are very hospitable. The breakfast buffet have plenty of options. The view from our hotel room is also great! I appreciate that they gave us our breakfast bag upon our early check out since we won’t be able to have our breakfast in the hotel.

Un bel hôtel confortable, propre et pratique car situé sur la même place que la gare centrale !

Cet hôtel est proche de la gare centrale. Le personnel de la réception est accueillant et celui du petit-déjeuner est vraiment compétent et serviable. La chambre est spacieuse, calme et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux. Le hall d'accueil est magnifiquement décoré à l'occasion des fêtes de fin d'année. Le quartier est animé et on y trouve de nombreux restaurants.

L'hôtel est proche de la gare mais éloigné du centre-ville (Markt) et plus encore du Musée des Beaux-Arts rénové (but de notre visite à Anvers). Le personnel de la réception ne s'exprime pas en français. La vue de cette chambre située au 6ème étage ne donnait pas sur la gare centrale (la seconde "cathédrale" d'Anvers). Dommage !

The hotel was clean, right across the street from Central Station. The breakfast bar was plentiful and had great gluten-free options (important for allergy sufferers). The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

I requested a king-size bed and got 2 twin beds pushed together. They weren't even made up as one bed. I could clearly hear the people above me walking around with shoes on and the people next door speaking (in loud voices)

Amazing place to stay great atmosphere.

We had a problem with the freeze was not working manager straight away upgrade the room and taken care so well only bit more choice for the vegetarian in the restaurant. We had so lovely time and staff was so helpful too.

The location was so good it was in the central so train food place everything was so close and safe.

I don’t think it provides fair value for money.

Centrally located. The hotel has beautiful design and all amenities in place. Overall friendly staff.

The breakfast was basic. Very poor choice of food for 4 star hotel. Our bed sheets were not changed once during our stay. The carpet in the room was super dirty. Funky smell in the corridor.
