Staff were very helpful.
Room air conditioning not working, room dusty, bed sheet had holes in it, toilet seat broken, tiles loose in bathroom, no milk for drinks, no stock in fridge.

Over het algemeen alles goed
Geen idee

De locatie. In het centrum.
Helaas 2 bedden ipv 1 bed. En de hoteldeur was voor 12 uur al gelocked. We konden dus niet meer naar binnen.
5.0
Good location, lift, smooth check in
Terrible smell of drains in the bathroom, which permeated the bedroom.

The location was ideal, right in the city center surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops etc. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
The wifi was the worst wifi I've had at any hotel. You had to pay 9 euros to have a decent connection, such a bummer

Location was good and reception staff excellent. Parking directly beneath the hotel was a bonus as we needed secure parking for my Harley- Davidson motorcycle.
Breakfast advertised up until 10-00 my wife and I were there at 09-05 and the choice was not what we expected. Where other guests had taken their pick of the food it had not been replenished, the edges of the cheese squares were hard, the orange juice was empty and no staff on hand in the room to do anything about it, soft boiled eggs had not been replaced, the scrambled eggs what were left of them were dry and hard at the edges so that was given a miss basically it was a very disappointing affair. The lift is not big enough, as all guests presumably have luggage if one guest has a case you cannot get in with your luggage and other floors call the lift it stops at their level and comes to your level and you're stuck waiting again as you cannot get in once more. The room the coat hanger was hanging out of the wall, the fridge didn't work, the bathroom door would not lock/close and totally unbelievably one of the bath towels had a HOLE in it. DISGUSTING house keeping in our opinion. Also the advertisement of a bar was a joke, buy a bottle from reception and drink it in the lobby lounge or your room. Needless to say we ate and drank at another venue. I also found the parking although immediately below the hotel the price for my Harley-Davidson motorcycle was a bit steep when it could have been parked in the car park next to the push bikes as there was ample room and free of charge.

Good location and cozy, clean and quite big room.

In 15 minutes walking distance from the railway station. And also close to the main square (Grote Markt). Thanks to air conditioning in the room it was pleasant even on a hot day (ice cream shop just across the street). Big windows out onto the street, but the noise did not bother me. I loved watching people cycling to work while sitting at the breakfast table. And Mechelen is definitely worth another visit!

Very good breakfast. And gentleman staff!
Cleaning service could improve

The location and the staff.
First Room wifi useless.
We changed to the other end of the corridor and it was fine.

They give free drinks if you hang a specific card to allow skipping room cleaning for the day.
Power cut off at night so no heater at night n it's cold. Food for breakfast is repetitive.

The staff, the young lady at the reception when I checked in on April 10th was very helpful! I checked in 2 hours earlier than the normal check in time, and she offered me an earlier check in as a room was available. She also borrowed me her spare set of Iphone charger when I forgot mine; this was extremely kind of her to me and I really appreciated it!
The twin bed was a bit inconvenient as its blanket was short and small.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Nassim checked me in, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer member of staff, he was lovely and very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was amazing, by far the best continental style breakfast I've had.
I had an issue with a blocked sink in the bathroom, I ended up having to move rooms and it took a little to get there. However, again Nassim was absolutely brilliant and helpful, and remedied the issue
8.0
The kindness of Nora and Dunya at the reception who were able to resolve a problem in less than nothing with a smile. Also, breakfast was eccellent.
A problem with the bathroom sink.
8.0
The antique interior and exterior.
The parking space, large cars would not be able to enter.

Super good location
It needs a bit of love and care , just a bit old

The room was very comfortable. It was also quiet for a building along a busy street. The room was very clean as well.
The air conditioning did not work. But it did not matter much for a one-night stay. I did report it to the reception on the way out.
