Breakfast is poor

I asked for a wake-up call and never got it and nearly missed my flight

Old and must be renovated!

It was very close to airport , convenietly located to public transport ( 10 min walk) and to place we went.

guy in the night shift around 23:30 was so rude. otherwise all was okay

The are limited possibilities for pedestrians to get to IBis hotel. Hotel as its self is very outdated in every maner. More or less there are no rooms that you wouldnt feel depressed while staying there. And the noise is the worst.

The staff were friendly and the food both at breakfast and in the restaurant was tasty and, for breakfast, varied. The location was convenient for meetings in the area though poorly lit for an arrival by foot at night. The room was basic but had necessary facilities. I was disappointed that there were multiple long hairs strewn on the bathroom floor though. And the decision to cover a large (door sized) hole at the 2nd floor lift lobby with white card held up with black gaffer tape made me wonder what else had been bodged. A fire alarm point and air freshener unit were fixed over the gaffer tape suggesting this was not simply a temporary solution.

Cleanliness of the bathroom. The general maintenance for e.g the floor labels in the lift looked a little charred or dirty and the filling of a hole in the 2nd floor lift lobby was very shoddy.

Clean, safe

No family rooms, had to have 2 separate rooms. My kids are little still. Very ridiculous. Not even rooms that were connected!

Adequate for a 1 night stay

Ibis hotels are not the standard they used to be. Expensive breakfast

The breakfast is surprisingly good

The staff has several shifts: one is awesome, kind and of service. The others are not in the mood to help in any way

The room was not cleaned properly.
