The location and how close the parking and city was. Nice location, nice and friendly stuff, good facilities.
The beds are on smaller side with very soft mattress. The shelf is assembled a bit too close to the bed.

Room and location are perfect! The room had very interesting installations with shower - rather for romantic adventure than a family trip.
The 3rd bed did not have a back. There was some strange smell in the check-in - extremely strong.

The rooms were very comfortable, the Staff were extremely friendly, Reception was always available to help, Service was amazing. The hotel was extremely busy and not one guest was forgotten about. Great work Onomo Hotel!

The property was in a great location, with beautiful views and a very short walk to the centre of town. The room was big, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating too. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but it looked like there were lots of options.

I really enjoyed everything about this hotel: location, room cleanness, comfortability, staff, facilities were great. WIFI could have been better but it was more than enough for working during my stay. Perfect stay.

The staff are really nice and helpful. They even recommend us some restaurants nearby. The room size is very good enough for two people. We do have a nice stay in Brugge.I would like to suggest Portinari to all of you!

The reception staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Couldn't fault my stay. Staff were absolutely amazing, very kind, accommodating, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the local area. The hotel and room was very clean and welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!

great location
buggers on the headboard from previous person not washed off. Thin walls, we could hear the neighbors having a “great” night for hours, made us uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep

After we checked out, we needed to spend 2 hours in the lobby, sitting there till our departure time.
Staff didn't let us to do so and we had to wait in freezing weather outside.
This was shocking for us and the staff told us it's not her choice but if her boss see us there, she will be fired!
Long story short, I won't recommend this place.

The bathroom was glass, fine for couples but I went with my parents so it was a little awkward.

Proximity to both underground parking and access to town centre.
Self service breakfast but good selection of food.
Comfortable bedrooms if unusual shower arrangements (for us staid Brits 😊)
Efficient rather than friendly staff.
Didn’t realise that ‘hotel’ restaurant was a ‘pop-up’ not administered by the hotel. Apparently, we learned at check in, so popular it has to be booked weeks in advance!
