We have stayed in this condo twice now as well as one other by the same owner. Love this property and the entire area. The condo is equipped with anything you might need for a short or long stay. The property is quiet and well maintained. Across the street is the resort where you can walk over and grab a drink... many nice restaurants and shops nearby as well. Perfect weekend getaway location! Owners are responsive and always leave some goodies! Will be back again!

This townhouse was very nicely decorated. It was a perfect location for daily excursions. The beds were comfortable. The neighbors were very helpful. There was no available parking in front of our townhouse so we had to park in overflow parking which a bit of a walk. Lou the neighbor helped us. The upstairs bedroom only has hooks for your clothes there are no drawers if you like to unpack your suitcase, and no closet. The master bedroom did have a nice sized closet and a chest of drawers. There are stairs but they are easy.

This town house was centrally located to the Horseshoe Bay Club, and was equipped with everything we needed. The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

My sister and I stayed in this super adorable condo. We absolutely loved this place and had a great time. It is extremely clean, decorated beautifully and so relaxing. We will definitely book this place again.

Outstanding!! Host Don and Kelly answer every question I had and made process very easy. Property very clean and few hundred yards from resort where our event was. I would use Don n Kelly again

We had a great stay. Wished that the pool was heated. Noisy fan in the upstairs bedroom, but the rest of the place was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay! This is a wonderful location in Horseshoe Bay. The property is well maintained, beautifully decorated, and easy to access. Lots of windows let in lots of light, and so many extras: water, soft drinks, snacks, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Sisters & Cousin getaway
The experience of actually renting through VRBO/Evolve?, was very painful…..as we tried online several times and their system was always “experiencing technical difficulties”. My sister called (5 times over 3 days…..and was on the phone at least an hour). In the modern world of technology, this would seem unacceptable. I would recommend to the owners explore another way to rent your property! We hung in there because we really wanted to stay there…..and the pay-off was well worth it! Loved this place…. Everything we were looking for! The property owners responded immediately to answer our questions……couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you from 2 Sisters & a Cousin😉🥰!

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything we need and then some. Very convenient to the resort and the golf courses. Highly recommend it!

This particular trip was for just myself and my tween daughter. We travel but rarely stay in non-owned homes or properties so I was a little nervous about what to expect. Let me tell you that if we come back to the area, this is where we will stay with the family!
Pros: The property was exceptionally clean and meticulous. The layout was great and could easily fit a family of 8 if couches are used to sleep. The home and décor were so beautifully done. It looks just like the pictures and better. The management actually provided snacks and condiments in the kitchen. We did not use any of it as we did not spend any time there. However, this could have been a huge perk to a family really utilizing the home. Ample supplies was provided in the home: towels, dryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. I do not have littles any more; however, I noticed that this home appeared very prepared for that. They had safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and what appeared to be baby gear in the storage closets. That back in my day would have been a convenience. Management responded right away to a minor question and they were super friendly. The pool appeared very well maintained but we were not there to utilize it. This home was easy to access and had an extra safety feature on the front door for added security. This home was located only 15 minutes from downtown Marble Falls and 1 hour from Fredericksburg. It could not have been more perfect for us.
Cons: I have a very large SUV and parking is extremely tight. However, they do allow parking next door in the large lot. I somehow missed that in the parking instructions in the email but management was kind enough to walk me through where it was okay to park. We did luck out and parked in the immediate parking each night. Other than that, I had no cons for this establishment.
This was an incredible home for the money. I was super impressed!

We loved this place!! The pool was perfect to place to recoup after a long day. The townhome is beautifully decorated. Beds were super comfortable. We'll be back!!!
