Pleasant place to stay catering

Air con in the gym kept pace with the heat. Poolside rooms are great if no one decides to use the loungers directly outside your room. Attractive pool with nice trees, felt like a little oasis in the chaos of Patong. Customer service was available over WhatsApp making dealing with any issues very fast and effective.

Odd mix of families and people smoking, drinking and playing music on speakers by the pool. I had a room above the ground floor and immediately upgraded to poolside when I saw it. If your room isn’t poolside it felt awkward to me to sit directly between a poolside room and the pool. If your room is poolside you end up opening your doors to a load of (very nice) kids partying 2m from your bed. Smoking, drinking and playing music from 10am in my case. Seems like a fun place if that’s what you’re after but slightly irritating if you wanted to read a book. The hotel does have a no smoking and no speakers rule by the pool but I was young once so I didn’t want to spoil the fun! When I moved into my room there was a corner of a torn off wrapper in the shower niche, 4 cleans later it was still there when I left. Pool was very shallow and hot. Good for kids I guess.

Great location for a comfortable stay

The beds! The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The staff were phenomenal too especially Timmy at the pool bar. His local knowledge and experience and welcoming of guests was a memorable part of our short stay.

Although in a great location, Patong was very noisy and so there were fireworks going off at all hours of the night however we didn’t mind this so much just something to be aware of.

Top location

Great hotel in a super convenient location on Patong Beach. This was our 3rd time staying & this time, we upgraded to one of the premium pool view rooms on the top floor. Totally worth it, the bathrooms are really nice & we had a lovely sunset view. The swim up bar staff are super friendly & their beach front restaurant is really good too. Would stay again!

Dit was gewoon top van het begin tot het einde. Vriendelijke receptie. Onze kamer was proper, netjes en nieuw. Er was letterlijk alles aanwezig en zo niet dan regelt de receptie het voor je. Het ontbijt was top en voor ieder wat wils. Locatie was top!

Очень классная локация. Отличный бассейн и ресторан 🍽️

Немного убитые номера, есть черная плесень в углах кабинки, стоки у душа были забиты и вода стояла в поддоне. Ну и мебель тоже повидала :)

I'm happy to say it was only a short stay.

I liked the bathtub and bathroom shower. I thought the bed was a good size and very comfortable.

The view from Room 1148 was terrible. We upgraded to this room only because we were informed our original room had no air conditioning. We were staring at the pool bar rear wall with not much view of the pool. We constantly had people walking past and looking into our room. We had no deck chairs outside our room like other similar rooms adjacent to ours. The room also had an odour that only subsided after two days. I would NOT recommend this room. The refrigerator was totally inadequate and did not freeze any ice.

طلبت من الاستقبال حجز سائق الى المطار فجراً وتم تأكيد الحجز قبل المغادرة بيومين وللأسف لم يحضر السائق واضطررت لطلب بولت خوفاً من فوات وقت رحلتي وأعادوا لي النقود واعتذروا بشدة !

Passendes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Patong

Frühstückraum während Songkran total überlaufen. Zimmer roch unangenehm alt und Zusatzbett (90x180) war für eine erwachsene Person deutlich zu kurz

Excellent.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is exceptionally clean. I stayed in the room with pool access, which was perfect. Tom makes the best cocktails at the pool bar.

No air con in reception. There was a slight dip from the bathroom to the bathtub which I went over on a couple of occasions.

Great location but average place

The breakfast is good. the location is fabulous and the staff cleanliness is also remarkable. However the new staff at the reception is quite slow

The size of the room is really small and the way the rooms are laid out is extremely confusing. We had asked for breakfast to be packed, however they gave very average stuff.

Everything about the property was perfection. The staff were amazing. Timmy and the staff at Timmy’s Bar were great. I will stay here next time I come back.

I can’t think of one thing that I didn’t like about this hotel. If you want the staff to take care of you then this is the place to be.

Die renovierten Zimmer sind schön.

Stark in die Jahre gekommen. Bieten upgrades an in unrenovierte Zimmer, die so runtergekommen sind, dass man dort nicht bleiben möchte. Fleckige Couch, aufgequollener Boden, kaputte Fließen, dreckige Lichtschalter, etc. ein NoGo! Für ein renoviertes Zimmer soll man dann nochmal einen Aufpreis bezahlen. Absolute Frechheit! Die angezeigten Bilder spiegeln nicht den Zustand des Hotels wieder.

Love the location and the room was very spacious and comfortable! Patong beach is just right opposite and Bangla street is of walking distance

Best place to stay that has everything you need for a trip to Patong.

The swim up pool bar, cleanliness, buffet breakfast, location of hotel, pool, service, drop off and pick up from airport.

Excellent hotel across the beach in Patong

Concept of the hotel is great. Everything is near by, hotel has two pools, hotel restaurant is great with the good choice of local and international food, hotel staff are great in any situation too. I am grateful for last day, for extending my stay for three hours more - meant a lot for my late check out and my going to the International airport.

Add cacao / chocolate powder and mustard to breakfast, please. Whole week only one elevator worked. Second one was whole week under construction. and, give some more space to the smokers. I know hotel is smoking free, but a little more understanding for the people who smoke will be great (Example: let the people smoke on the balconies).

Le personnel était top, à l’écoute et toujours disponible. L’hôtel est très beau et bien situé, la literie confortable.

Wer ein ruhig Hotel sucht, Nähe zu Strand und dennoch Aktionen sucht ist hier richtig

Die Nähe zum Strand und sehr Zentral... dennoch sehr ruhig bis auf die einzelnen Feuerwerke bis spät nachts.

Laute Feuerwerke bis spät Nachts. Luftqualität zur Hauptverhehrszeit zum schneiden...
