Beaufiful hotel, located a short taxi ride from Burgas airport. Very clean, excellent customer service. Beach, Sea Garden, Port and Mall Galleria all withing a few minutes ride from hotel.

Windows aren't opening, there was literally no air in the rooms. Old and shabby furniture and carpets. Smells like in grandma's dilapidated house. Old central air-conditioning helped a bit to sleep at night. The shower and bathtub are old and shabby. I couldn't find slippers. This was a 4-star hotel in the 70s I assume. Definitely not now.

Location and view is great.

Windows are locked and there is no fresh air. Everything is very old.

Absolut top Hotel, very quite room and big bathroom with bathtub. Very happy again! The personal is just amazing and very helpful! The breakfast is perfect, and the view from the room just outstanding. The business hotel Mirage in Burgas is our go-to hotel in burgas!

Room was good: spacious, quiet, Price was good.

Gym was really bad. Breakfast was terrible. Staff seemed not interested.

That the room had no balcony.

Location was great, although on site parking can be a little short if hotel is busy. The room was large and well presented. Breakfast buffet was quite reasonable but limited on our second day when the hotel had few people staying.

The room had recently been renovated and the smell from the new carpet was very strong and unpleasant. Also the aircondioning was set on winter settings and it was not possible to lower the temperature from an uncomfortable 25 degrees. Receptionist did arrange for a fan to be provided.
