There was a little hiccup when I arrived after midnight due to delayed flight but the hotel did their best to ensure the rest of the stay was comfortable and pleasant

Bathroom is a bit small but for the price, and short period stay it was ok. Another thing is that, there's a sex shop right Infront of the hotel which is not a good look for families with little children - I was a bit put off by this

The staff was always helpful and friendly, their English knowledge is OK. The apartments are in a good spot, it is close to numerous restaurants and shops. The Central Beach is a 10-12 minute walk. Bus Station South is close as well, from where it is easy to travel to Airport or Nessebar with buses. The apartment is OK, the beds are soft, air conditioning is working perfectly. Trash is collected daily, bedsheets were changed regularly. The breakfast was fresh.

The wifi is a bit weak/slow on the second floor. The fridge is a bit small.

The hotel has very good location - at the heart of the city centre. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and shops on the main street. The beach is only 10min walk from the hotel. There is breakfast included. The room was very bright and there was air conditioner.

Note that the hotel is in the city centre which makes parking difficult. There are only 2-3 spots in front of the hotel which have to be booked in advance and thy cost 10lv per day. Otherwise the car can be left on the street where the fee is 1lv per hour during the weekdays (the so called "blue zone"), so actually we had to pay only 3lv in total for the whole stay. Both the room and the bathroom were quite small. There was no drying rack which I believe is very useful to everyone who has decided to go to the beach.

It was super central and so easy to go everywhere, located right in the middle of the city center.

The room was too small for two people. As it was called an aparthotel, what we were expecting was a wide room with all kinds of facilities inside it. Let alone the facilities, there was no place to hang our clothes (2 people). The bed was too small. And the breakfast was too little of variety.

Top location next to the pedestrian street and close to the sea park

Very noisy from the neighbors; The shower kept dripping and making noises all night and I couldn't stop it; No free parking - the hotel has parking in front and some previous visitors were supposedly allowed to use it for free, however I was asked to pay extra to use it, which i declined; Very basic breakfast with the only fresh produce being one cucumber - no fruits or any other veggies.
