Pleasant staff. Especially the two guys who served us breakfast most days. They were very attentive and friendly.

Room needed a deep clean, the carpets was covered in stains and water marks, sofa bed was dirty too. I requested cot for my 2 years old toddler, it was too small for her and wasn't very comfortable so ended up putting her in bed with mommy and I went on sofa bed. not even the sofa bed covered in water marks and stains but was very uncomfortable as could feel wood more than the mattress . I booked my stay for 2 nights but ended up checking out very next day. Car park was advertised FREE but was charged £10 at the reception when checked in. its hotel's car park. should have been free for hotel's guests

Good clean rooms great friendly staff they accommodated our early breakfast and late checkout request the hotel has a car park wich was great to with plenty of spaces would recommend great value for money

Staff were nice and very kind. Breakfast was gorgeous. My only difficulty was that the internet connection in my room was very weak, hence I couldn't browse.

I would love to tell u because I’m a woman so one thing u should put the socket near the mirror or hairs dryer because when I was there I’m looking for socket to plug my heard brush in to styles my hairs but got no in there even one I need to doing in the front of mirror that’s it thank you x I been working supervisor in premier inn for 12 years and bit different holiday inn is clean tidy as well some must better than Premire inn but no socket there to dress up sorry because I just want to give u what guess need to make them stay comfortable and have what they looking for. So for the price is enough money to stay enjoy thank you for great night stay I’m happy when I was there. 😙take care and have a good day a head.

In shower where u keep soap was broken and I cut my finger very badly !!! I called in reception ask at least for plaster ,she cannot come and give me a plaster told me to come downstairs!! Is unfair! Is your problem u don’t fixed your things in hotel ,at least should offer like some money back or offer drink ! Nothing my second and last time when I’m in this hotel .
