Good location within easy walk to the seafront. The property was bright, clean and comfortable and good value.

I have been here before and knew the standard to expect. I was not disappointed, room was immaculate with many extra touches. A full array of coffee, tea etc. immaculately clean and very comfortable. breakfast was more than ample with good choice and freshly cooked. Most of all I was welcomed and looked after very well, the smile and greeting at the door was there the entire time. Thank you.

Lovely guest house, with a lovely host. My room was clean and well equipped (with proper ground coffee!) and breakfast was delicious.

Lovely stay & lovely hosts/staff. Bedroom furnished/decorated to a high standard. Well stocked tea tray & lots of bathroom extra's. Bed comfy & warm, nice towels. Good wi-fi signal. Nice breakfast with quality produce. Really enjoyed my stay

Easy check in, nice room, nice breakfast, attentive staff and generally a nice atmosphere. The place is simple yet comfortable, well located and I got a sea view from my room. For a one night stay was perfect.

Very clean room. Good view over football pitch to sea. Could do with Good breakfast choice.
Room was a little snug. OK for a day or so but I would find it too small. Personally would like net curtains.
Shame there is no private parking.

Parking was misleading as there was no parking available on site or on the street.

Room was a bit small, but had all the extras you could possibley want. Had a great choice for breakfast even homemade jam and compote. All was spotless and nicely decorated.

Location was excellent, lovely room. Everything and more you could need. Breakfast was sublime - special offered each day was brilliant. Had dinner one night of off the light bite menu which was really special

. Upon arrival the host was incredible. Very friendly, very informative, let us know of the apps we could use incase we wasn't sure what to do, took us to the room which was exceptionally clean, all the facilities that you could possibly want in a room. Hairdryer, iron, bathroom essentials, breakfast was really good. I cannot fault this place or the owners at all. I've never stayed somewhere where the service was incredible. We will definitely be booking here again. Thank you guys so much!
