Location was fantastic with a short walk to Deansgate train station, bars & restaurants, all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Very luxurious experience and breakfast was amazing with plentiful selection. Staff acknowledged my partners birthday which was a lovely touch. We will definitely stay again.
Nothing :)

Showers wouldn’t work as water was cut off at 11am and no warning or notification been told that the water will be out so couldn’t use bathroom for shower.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the view from the 12th floor was nice, the location is convenient and in a good area.
Everything in the room was showing wear/lack of maintenance (e.g. loose baseboards, worn out furniture, wear marks on surfaces, A/C makes unusual noises). The bathroom was typical for hotels these days where it's impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor, but what made this one extra annoying was the extension of the sink counter into the shower area with nothing to block the water from getting all over the sink. Leave your toiletries there and they'll all get wet.
There was no plug for your devices by the bed, and there was no clock in the room. So if you're like me and charge your phone overnight/use it to check the time, you have to get up and walk across the room to check the time. I actually like that there wasn't a clock by the bed (one less thing to shine light in the room overnight), but there should be a plug built into the headboard on both sides of the bed for device charging.
Noise wasn't really an issue because adjacent guests were quiet, but sound insulation in the room was not very good. When neighboring guests did make noise it was very easy to hear them.

Breakfast was fab, executive lounge staff, especially Michelle was lovely and so friendly
We were told at check in the lounge had changed their hours from 5-7 instead of 6-8. We arrived at 6:40 so didn’t have time to visit the lounge. Were advised there was an email was sent to confirm the change but there wasn’t and the checkin staff were rather rude about this.

Clean and modern hotel. Nice spacious room. Decent views.
Friendly staff. Quiet room no noise from other rooms
Lots of construction around the hotel which was a bit frustrating when we had prebooked and paid extra for a window seat in cloud 23. I also booked and extra balloon and beer package but the balloons were missing so the surprise was dampened a little. Money off was provided though.

City view
The one lady who helped me out with my luggage was kind and very eager. Willing to help out at any moment necessary. Providing me with extra information about hotel policy and what they offer. Something I expect from head of reception when checking in.
I think Hilton is just a brand that you pay extra for not much different from others.
Unfortunately the AC did not work at all. Engineer was kind and useful but what he did seemed to reduce temp by a degree so it was literally a sauna!
I also have hearing aids and the receptionist was speaking in a very low tone even when I highlighted to her I have hearing aids...
The price is definitely not worth it for this experience. I'm sorry but I won't be coming here again...

Very clean
That fact it was a large work function and if colleagues not staying there , they were not able to come back to your room. The room was expensive.

It was dirty and not what I booked

Facilities such as gym, pool and hot tub were good
The rooms weren’t value for money, they were basically a larger Travelodge, furniture all chipped and dated, fridge not working and the parking cost £59 plus the daily deposit charge of 50-86£ per night on arrival was not good, the bedroom doors all slam loud enough to wake you

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of options for vegetarians, even had gluten free options and a good variety of drinks. Location was good, about 20 minute walk to the arena and lots of restaurants close by.
We had feather pillows, i asked for alternatives and 2 pillows were brought up: one that was as flat as a pancake and the other seemed to be filled with lumps of polyester stuffing, not something you could sleep on. I barely slept due to the loud music, i couldn't see any bars around the hotel so it seems the noise came from the hotel bar upstairs. Definetly no sound proofing. There was a thick layer of dust behind the TV. Never been to a Hilton before and thought it would be of a high standard but it didn't reach my expectations at all.

Location and facilities
Was rushed on the phone for a check in time as they had a busy night. Concerned I was going to lose the room, so left a networking event to check in and then went back out again. Not ideal. No bottled water in the room - disappointing. For the price of the room, it lacked finesse.

The pool, the food and the rooms where nice
Some of the staff would not accommodate me for something I would regard an easy but important issue for. I was over doing a marathon, I wanted to eat my coeliac porridge before the run, I asked at reception could they help me by heating it up in the microwave in the morning she said no, I asked again at the breakfast place again someone else just cut me short and would not even discuss it. It’s very important you eat what your used to eating pre race so you don’t get any upset tummy

Love the pool and jacuzzi and easiness of not having to book to go in .the heat of both were amazing 👏 10 / 10 .love the staff friendliness. Love the breakfast .
Oh dear .what a disappointment my room was was supposed to be a queen deluxe but it was far from deluxe .it was shabby .stained carpet .dinted dirty light shades ,pillows like crisp packets, .bed below average ,lighting not adequate.not what I expected at all .bathroom was lovely but rest of room not so much.

Stayed at the Hilton for an overnight stay, It was great value for money for the one night. Great location, short walk to the city centre shops and nightlife. Very helpful & kind staff members. Breakfast was included in the price and the breakfast was great wide service selection of healthy options, traditional English breakfast, vegetarian options available too. Comfortable double bed & very quiet at night.
I've stayed at a few Hilton Hotels and I arrived to hotel after 6pm, I didn't leave enough time check out the room. First impressions just a simple corner double room noting special, I got what I booked. Upon further inspection the room had warn our decor and furnishings (general wear and tear) and in the morning realised the room had moths, as it was only a night I couldn't complain however, I informed the front desk just for the next persons staying in the same room.

Stayed here many times, we love the floor to ceiling windows and the views of Manchester. We like it’s location on Deansgate, close to tram links & circular bus stop. We love the breakfast & the breakfast area & we love the swimming pool. Staff always seem friendly & helpful.
Nothing bad to say.

Some pleasant members of staff.
Serious maintenance problems made the facilities unusable on 2 of the 3 days of my stay. Requests to staff went ignored. I am in touch with Hilton to make a complaint but it’s taking a long time.

Room had a few hairs in the sink but no big deal

Swimming pool and jacuzzi.. location was great ..car park close by
Having a bar that you didn't have to book a slot ie sky bar know you get busy so understand bookings but after theatre and in day would have been nice to have a bar to chill in ..carpets weren't that clean in room..bathroom better to have a wet room rather than bath..bath was quite high for my relatives ...really didn't like the £50 refundable deposit on arrival and then you take £1.50 service charge and done refund all of the money.

For the name and price you pay , is absolute disappointment first of all regarding cleanliness and then access to facilities troublesome
Dirty carpet , dusty furniture , a double bed for an adult and a child . At least you could have 2 single beds .
