Great location

Location and convenience was terrific. Rooms very spacious and clean.

Walking up flights of stairs to get to your room was off-putting, especially if your not able to walk up stairs. It was okay for us but it would be more difficult for partially disabled.

Absolutely loved our time here. Perfect location, great pool, great apartment for families. Very good price!

Perfect location right on the water. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with a huge living area and decent sized rooms. Easy parking and pool access. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and would definitely stay again.

It’s ok, good if you are on a budget.

The pool was great,good off street parking and staff were friendly.

The room was outdated, some light fixtures didn’t have covers over them, beds were extremely old and hard, taps were leaking but they did get those fixed for us. No elevators which was ok for us as we are mobile but if you were elderly or had trouble climbing stairs might be difficult.

Comfortable clean hotel good location

We had a great 3 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed. Comfy and clean. Good location. Lovely heated pool. Would definitely go again.

Decent and good place to stay if it was less expensive

The place is conveniently located and has a beautiful view The apartment is spacious and clean Check in process was fairly straightforward and hassle free

They dont have regular housekeeping and towels & basic provisions like dishwasher soap, coffee, sugar sachets are not replenished. For a 4 nights stay we only had 2 dishwashing sachets and handful of coffee / sugar sachets. Having paid close to $400 per night this was not what we were expecting

Just a quick two night stay to attend a family event. The facilities and room were great

Had everything we needed in the well equipped rooms. The pool was nice Great location with regular bus service to access everything you need.

Not bad, but well overpriced for the conditions inside the rooms

In the top room sounded like rats or birds in the wall

The outside And the pool look fantastic But unfortunately every time I booked through bookings.com, I feel the same about the rooms overpriced are not clean enough for renovations are are happening

Pleasant

Location was good. Room was clean and tidy.

The tv was very hard to operate and after checking out I didn't like being accused of not returning one of the keys when as it turned out the cleaner had misplaced it.

We had a wonderful time

loved the heated pool - that was an absolute godsend. We also loved that it was so accessible to public transport options both to the theme parks and into Surfer's Paradise.

Everything was great - no complaints here :)

suitable for young families but not the elderly as no lift access to apartments

nice, clean, offered parking which was good, pool was heated

we wanted two apartments and thought they would be on the same level as each other. but they were not , they were one above the other. We checked out of one of the appartments one day early to be informed we should have checked out of middle level and remained in the third floor But as my mum was elderly and we were not informed which one need to be vacated we vacated the highest level first to make easier for our mother …apartments suitable for younger generation not an 80+ yr old lady as she found it hard to manage all of the stairs …

Older style apartment with nice pool

The pool was really nice and heated too. I liked having 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms

The dryer was ancient and really loud. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Old but spacious and comfortable apartment

Over all it was a great experience and such good value for what we spent!!

We loved how spacious our apartment was. We loved that everything was exactly where we needed it to be.

There was old food left under the bed, there was bits of hair in our shower and the stairs are an absolute killer!

Overall perfect accommodation for our needs. We will be back!

The appartment was extremely comfortable. Laundering facilities and two bathrooms was a major plus. The Pool was wonderful. The location was perfect and reasonably quiet. Beautiful park across the road. We even looked into purchasing the unit that’s for sale we liked it that much.

The pillows were too thin. The plastic chairs and table outside are flimsy and disintegrated from the weather. It was too sunny on the patio, perhaps an umbrella for shade would be a good idea.

I liked Blue Waters Apartment, the staff are friendly, the location is great and room's are clean

I liked the room and complex cleanliness. I liked all amenities were included as well as starter cleaning pack. I liked the location, close to coffee shops, restaurants, ocean and shopping centres.

no aircon in bed rooms was really uncomfortable sleep as was so hot.. also the aircon was so old and leaked and roof was mouldy..

We did not stay. We packed up and left for another hotel.

The apartment was dirty and surfaces felt grimey. Beds very uncomfortable.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location and pool was beautiful

Units are very tired and need a bit of an update. We had some permanent residents in the next room who looked very sketchy. They were swearing out loud in the middle of the night. Didn't feel safe at all
