Excellent service, moved our room to accommodate a request. Provided a late check out. Summoned a taxi when needed. Rooms were immaculate and spacious - nice design
Stairs in lobby are a bit awkward.

Good size room. The location was ideal for exploring the City.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of dishes -well presented.
It is right by the Harbour where you can investigate the archipelago.
Breakfast is served in an older part of the Hotel and is upstairs. If a guest was wheelchair bound I do not know how they would get there as I couldn't see any lift system.

Very stylish hotel and rooms. excellent location, right next to docks and esplanade and only 10 mins walk from the central train station. exclusive feel to the place-smart and cosy. The use of niche perfumery as toiletries (we had Bal D’Afrique by Byredo) was a nice touch. breakfast was fantastic and smartly presented. A comfortable stay.
It wasn’t easy to use a child’s stroller because you have to use a separate door and lift to access reception and certain rooms. This hotel is probably better for able-bodied persons and adults. Despite requesting a room clean/freshen up our room wasn’t touched for three days, which was a shame.

Location excellent. Breakfast venue in beautiful period house overlooking the harbour and market . Breakfast buffet extremely good .
Restaurant not open on Sunday or Monday night. Bedroom attendants had lack of attention to detail, including not clearing used cups and glasses and replacement.

Oh this is an unexpected experience. I flew to Helsinki for one day. The hotel is unexpectedly comfortable, clean and in a great location. The bathroom is beyond praise. Great mattress and pillows. This is a great boutique hotel.

A lovely hotel in a great, central location, which is still remarkably peaceful. The rooms were very attractively decorated and perfectly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d very happily go back there.
One tiny quirk, the air conditioning display glowed brightly in the dark, and was right next to the bed, so we had to find something to cover it up with at night. Otherwise everything was great.

Location is great and the rooms are big, the hotel is comfortable and suited our needs.
Rooms could do with an update now with so many fresh new hotels cropping up in the area. Small things to modernise like USB charger ports, having curtains that close to actually make the room dark etc. and fixing little niggles (e.g. we had to wedge the fridge door shut as it wouldn't stay closed).

Breakfast was excellent (turkish yogurt, croissants, karelian pies and scrambled eggs were my favourite, chocolate cake was a pleasant suprise for the kids!). Facilities and gym were also in top condition.

The Location was really perfect. During our stay we could reach everything on foot.
We did't like the bathroom in our room. It wasn't comfortable for us and during using the shower you get always a chance to flood the room. At our last day we had a disgusting smelling.
Additionally we had a problem with just small things. One example: The staff stored dirty laundry in the corridor for the hole day. It does'nt look really nice. If you are thinking, that we are fastidious, remember, that we are talking about a 5-star hotel.

The location is excellent. The bathroom is large.
I've used booking.com for more than 10 years. This was the first time I've been so disappointed with the hotel staff. Some of them were very impatient and perfunctory. I could've saved a lot of trouble if they had been more helpful.
