Der Aufenthalt war perfekt.

Die Lage: besser geht es nicht! Die Zimmer: sind wunderbar. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool könnte etwas größer sein.

Das Frühstück war ok, aber nicht schlecht. Pool könnte etwas größer sein. Es gibt nicht wirklich etwas negatives.

Preis Leistung passt. Personal freundlich, Lage super. Nur wenige Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.

Gute Lage

Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und unschöner Geruch aus den Abflüssen im Bad. Die Atmosphäre ist etwas spießig, was wohl am Ü16 liegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Abendessen im Restaurant/Buffet müssen Männer lange Hosen tragen. Womit wir wieder bei der Spießer-Atmosphäre sind. Die sich immer wiederholende Live Piano Musik zum Frühstück ist auf Dauer nervig.

Toplocatie voor de prijs!

De kamer is echt enorm! Wat dat betreft heb ik genoten. Ik had alle ruimte, ruime badkamer, schoon en mooi balkon waar ik lekker met uitzicht op de zee heb kunnen werken. Daarnaast is de locatie echt top, je loop zo het strand op of het centrum in en dat is echt ideaal! Ik heb ook een massage geboekt in het hotel en dat was echt heerlijk, het personeel was bijzonder behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Wifi, was niet best, maar ben ik wel gewend dus kon ik prima met mijn eigen abonnement aan. Los van dat vond ik het in de kamer niet heel prettig ruiken. Met name in de morgen stonk de badkamer naar rioollucht. Wat met een keer doorspoelen/douchen meteen was opgelost. Kan het hotel niet veel aan doen, ik begreep van een vriendin die daar woont, dat dit vrij normaal is in Praya da Rocha. Maar deed wel een beetje afbreuk aan de beleving. Gelukkig was ik veel weg dus niet veel last van gehad.

Super Aufenthalt, sehr entspannend

Direkter privater Strandzugang, Liegewiese am Hotel, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück sehr freundliches Personal. In unserem Zimmer (Erdgeschoss) hat die Balkontüre nicht gesperrt. Wurde gleich am nächsten Tag repariert, als Entschuldigung gab es eine Flasche Wein - vielen Dank

Wir haben immer noch einen Parkplatz gefunden. In der Saison kann es wahrscheinlich etwas schwierig werden, das Auto abzustellen

Pé na areia, bem perto do paraíso!

As fotos dão real noção do que é a hospedagem! Pé na areia, com quartos grandes, bastante espaço interno, café da manhã completo e com espumante e área de lazer agradável e espaçosa. Cidade segura, com estacionamentos gratuitos perto do hotel. Um pequeno pedaço do paraíso, mas provavelmente custará caro a quem desejar se hospedar na alta temporada. Eu fui no mês de março, com temperaturas amenas, e recomendo a hospedagem mesmo nestas condições.

O primeiro apartamento que me foi oferecido tinha odor pouco agradável. Gentilmente a equipe do hotel fez a troca e me proporcionou uma ótima experiência.

쉬기 위해 갔던 곳이라 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 조식 먹고 바로 앞에 수영장이 있고 수영장 옆길로 나가면 바다로 이어져있어서 편하게 왔다갔다 할 수 있었어요. 바다로 나갔다가 다시 숙소로 돌아올땐 호텔방 열쇠가 필요해요! 방은 넓고 깨끗했고 조식도 맛있고 매일 조금씩 바뀌는 것 같아요. 조식시간은 오전 7시 30분부터였고 저녁은 39유로였나? 그랬는데 먹을만 하긴했지만 조식이랑 비슷했어요~ 직원분들은 모두 모두 다 친절해서 항상 기분 좋았어요!! 비수기라 그런지 금액도 싸게 잘 지내다 왔어요~

Quiet, nice atmosphere

The extremely high level in friendliness and service from the staff. We loved the pianist who entertained us at breakfast every morning. Absolutely amazing 🤩

Bad smell of sewer in the room. No cushions for the furniture at the balcony. Would have been nice with some blankets around for the chill days and nights.

Schöne Tage in Portimao

Tolles Zimmer, groß mit Balkon, mit seitlichem Blick über Strand und Meer. Frühstück (mit hervorragender live Klaviermusik, sehr besonders) und Abendessen in Buffetform, sehr gut mit großer Auswahl. Sehr zuvorkommende Angestellte, Lage des Hotels unvergleichlich.

Leider keine Parkplätze, aber zum Buchungszeitraum kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden. Beim Abendessen war leider das Essen meist nicht mehr warm genug.

Il pianista durante la colazione. Camera pulita. Davanti alla spiaggia

Personale alla reception snob . Il bagno non ha una chiave. Ho soggiornato in un periodo di bassa stagione quindi a un prezzo di 100 euro a notte. In alta stagione la stessa camera costa 400 euro , prezzo che la camera non merita.

Schön für Paar-Reisen und als Basis für Algarveerkundung

Strandlage, Aussicht aufs Meer (insbesondere beim Frühstück toll), Frühstück für Südeuropa reichhaltig (geschmacklich für Mitteleuropäer wie üblich etwas "blass")... Lage des Hotels am östlichen Rand der Strandpromenade für uns top. Wer das Nachtleben nicht sucht hat es hier ( v.a. dann in der Hauptsaison) wohl bedeutet ruhiger...

Gebäude konstruktionsbedingt etwas laut, teilweise Renovierung angebracht (z.B. Fugen, Türen), nur 3 allerdings kostenfreie Parkplätze (war im April aber kein Problem in den umliegenden Straßen zu parken)

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist unschlagbar mit Blick auf den Strand und mit eigenem direktem Zugang Das Essen ist sehr vielseitig und gut. Die Geschäftsleitung hat den Laden voll im Griff und auf Reklamationen wird sehr schnell reagiert. Wir waren schon zum 2 mal hier und immer sehr zufrieden. Danke ! weiter so

An excellent stay!

The hotel is stunning, when you walk into the reception you do get a wow factor. The choice of colours, beautiful décor, and overall open-plan design of the hotel are superb. All of the staff we encountered from first entering the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We booked a side sea-view room and the vista did not disappoint. Our room was large with plenty of storage and room to move around complete with a modern, fresh en suite bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was a spare blanket and pillow available. The air conditioning worked well and the sliding doors leading to the balcony were light and easy to use. A word of warning though - when you go out onto the balcony, do not fully close the doors unless someone is staying inside otherwise you will be locked out with no way of getting back into the room. The was a kettle and full size cups, which we loved so we could enjoy the complimentary tea and coffee provided. Breakfast was fantastic with a live pianist!! The selection of food available was good and the quality noteworthy. We did not have lunch or dinner, however if judging by the breakfast I imagine these would be fantastic too. The location doesn't get better, directly on the beach front with plenty of shops restaurants and access to the beach all within a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing we disliked about the hotel, we are only sad we didn't book for a few extra days. The only thing that would have made our stay more enjoyable is the addition of a spa, however this is our personal preference and does not take away from the experience we had.

Ein Hotel was nur empfohlen werden kann!

Wir hatten ein Premium Zimmer mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und einem genialen Ausblick auf das Meer!. Die Betten waren sehr bequeme und jeden Tag wurde Kaffee und Wasser nachgefüllt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und begrüßte uns immer, wir fühlten uns willkommen. Ich habe sogar beim Frühstück Wünsche erfüllt bekommen!

Kiváló ár-érték arány, mindenkinek ajánlom!

Tökéletes elhelyezkedés a Praia Rochán, semmi nem akadályozta az óceánra történő kilátást. A bejárat a sétáló utca felől, 20 m-re a városi kisbusz megállótól. Számos étterem a környéken. Minden rendezett szép, a szálloda építészeti stílusában és a berendezésben sok mór elem található.

Una estancia inolvidable, que repetiremos.

El alojamiento es inmejorable, sus instalaciones exquisitas, su personal súper amable, atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. La limpieza es perfecta. Su ubicación es perfecta estás a un paso de la zona comercial sin estar metido en el bullicio del centro. Su playa es interminable y súper tranquila. Podes alquilar hamacas en la playa dentro del hotel. El restaurante tiene platos muy deliciosos y además la comida está caliente cosa que no es habitual en los buffet. La verdad que se merece un 1000000 en puntuación. Obviamente volveremos.

Absolutamente todo era perfecto no existen críticas.

Very smart hotel

The food was excellent

The day recipient forgot to order an early take away breakfast but the night porter did put together some food and a drink at 06,00 in the morning prior to our departure.

Würde wieder kommen nur schon wegen der Aussicht.

Architektur vom Hotel ist sehr schön. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Zimmer sind sehr gross und das Personal sehr nett.

Das Essen könnte bisschen mehr Auswahl haben viele Fertiggerichte aus Tetrapack. Frisches Orangensaft hat mir auch gefehlt.

Wonderful stay in Portimao

Spotlessly clean. Great location above the beach but be aware if you have difficulty with steps it could be a problem getting to and from the beach. Fabulous breakfast, staff and everything

This is only a very minor issue but stopped us giving 10,/10 - no milk with tea and coffee facilities in the room and had to go to local shop on advice of reception staff. Not sure why we could not have been given some by the bar staff or why it was not already in the room?

The decor and room that we were given was nice. Bed was good size however mattress isn't great.

The limited vegan options for dinner. It was majority meat.

A good holiday despite a shaky start

Great location, right on the beach. Room was nice & spacious. It was cleaned daily. Food and drinks were good. It was a buffet for breakfast & dinner, good variety & quality.

At the check-in we were told we had to pick a shift:one of three times that we would go for breakfast & dinner. This got us off on to a bad start, we wanted to relax not worry about getting the right time for arrival. In the end we opted for a time but went when we wanted and there was never a problem. Always plenty of tables. I would advise the hotel team to stop doing this as it’s not needed & starts the holiday on the wrong footing. The pool area is small but the hotel is right on the beach and beds were €15 for two beds. Everything else about the hotel was good.
