It was quite relaxing the hotel is very near a beautiful beach and many restaurants.

We had a lovely rooftop terrace. The room was cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and nice. The air conditioning was good to have on the hotter days. There's a supermarket next door. Theres about 10 restaurants within 5 mins of the hotel

A large hen party group was a bit noisy and messy around the pool towards the middle of our stay there. Guests put towels on loungers and then disappear for the day - why do people do that?

Horrible

- We liked just the fact that it was in Albufeira. - The woman from reception was really nice trying to solve different issues we encounter, but just her. - Free parking - Wifi good

- Breakfast was really bad. Very very limited options, and the taste was not good at all. After a few days you want to not eat always the same thing. - towels not clean and smelling bad even if they were changed. One day we took one towel at the beach and when we come back we found no towels. Reception said they put no towels anymore because we took one at the beach. Even if I was tired, I had to go in the other building where there was reception to convince them to give me towels - Very dirty hotel, I also attached some pictures. - In the building we were accommodated there were a lot of signs with 3 stars, even if we booked it because of being 4 stars. I think they accommodated us in an auxiliary free building that was 3 stars. - No shower gel after the initial one was consumed - Staff attitude worse even. They had just water on the included breakfast, so I took one Coca Cola from an open fridge close to my table thinking it’s free, but after I eat, the waiter started yelling aggressively at me that I should pay 2euros for cola. - Furniture very old, room was looking horrible. Not like in the picture.

Really great place and short walk from beach.

The staff were amazing! Went above and beyond.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but ok for price. Also having a high chair for baby would have helped.

room was brilliant for what we needed it for, pleasant people and not too far from main towns

A joke. We had to stay out most of the time to avoid the racist woman.

Close to a beach but have to walk up and downhill to get to. Paula was the only one that spoke to our group with a smile and was genuinely accommodating.

STAFF. One in particular was SO racist!!! has clear hate for brown people. The difference of the treatment, the body language and the facial expression she gave to others and us of colour was disgusting. I asked for her name she did not give me this. She was speaking in her language with her colleague. I asked for her managers name she was reluctant to give me it then I asked her again and she sarcastically replied with ‘manager that’s his name’. RACIST absolute RACIST.

Very clean, friendly staff, handy snack bar, nice pool, 2 good restaurants nearby

Beds and furniture are uncomfortable. There's a kitchenette but no dish soap provided and when the room is made up they do not wash the dishes. We bought soap and washed up properly. Does everyone else or have the dishes and glasses you are going to use simply been rinsed by the previous guests? Wifi is very unreliable, it doesn't reconnect when we enter the building and it drops about every 10 minutes, requiring us to reconnect.

Great location, great staff, great stay overall, would definitely go back

The property features several pools, including an indoor one. The facilities in the apartment itself were great, including two balconies. And location wise, it was perfect, as there were plenty restaurants within walking distance (there is a Mexican restaurant literally a few steps from the entrance of the hotel), there is an Intermarche supermarket and other shops about 2 mins walk away, and the beach was within 10 minutes of walking distance. The staff themselves were superb, from check-in to check-out and everything in between, every staff member I dealt with was fantastic, they book transfers for you, offer tourist advice, and help you in any way they can. An absolutely positive experience, and one that needs to be highlighted. Thanks Jacqueline for the map of Faro!

The beds were not particularly comfortable, and the TV signal wasn't great. Not that this matters much during a holiday, but there it is.

Great comfortable rooms, all staff are very friendly and hard working, hotel in a really lovely area, lots of restaurants at hand, all in all a super place.

If I had to say something it would be that the alcohol was a bit pricey but that's me being picky

Family friendly hotel 🙂

Excellent location, very friendly staff, pool very clean and plenty of sun loungers. Great prices and options in the pool snack bar. Beach, bars and restaurants very close to hotel. Villamora and old town Albuferia only a 10/15 taxi or bus trip away, very handy to get to and worth the trip. Olas De Agua is quiet (no late night noise etc.) so perfect if travelling with little ones. Felt very safe and was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. Had some wonderful meals. The hotel bar can be quiet but plenty of family friendly bars close to hotel. Reliable airport transport from the hotel. Will absolutely book a stay here again.

Only thing thats a negative was the indoor pool was cold on the day we used it.
