Great one night stay. Lovely town and very friendly staff

Don’t stay here. Small, unclean and uncomfortable.

The location was ok as it was in the middle of town.

I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms feel dingy and are very small. I didn’t want to walk around on the carpet without shoes on. The bathroom had water damage all along the floorboards. There was a weird dial out side the bathroom that would randomly start clicking so we had to take our room key out to turn off all power, which meant we couldn’t charge our devices. The fire alarm was set off in the middle of the night. And finally the bed was horribly uncomfortable. I would compare it to a bad sofa pull out mattress.

Brilliant place to stay in Killarney

Loved loved loved everything about the hotel. As Mary Poppins would have it ‘practically perfect in every way’. From the location, amenities, decor, level of comfort and exceptional friendliness and warmth from all the staff. Great stuff!

Disappointing.

The room was clean

Hallways badly in need of redecorating. Our bathroom was absolutely freezing and to make it worse, it was a bathroom for disabled use. quite shocking to think they thought it was in anyway suitable for a disabled person, I could not shower as it was so cold in there. Toilet also not suitable for someone unable to walk as it is right up against the wall with no space to manoeuvre if a person required assistance. It shows their lack of insight into people with disabilities which was an eye opener for me personally. The bedroom could also have done with redecorating. Marks on all the furniture and doors. We were told afterwards that they would have moved us to another room had we complained. I booked a double room, why was I put into a room apparently suited for a disabled person in the first place if there were other rooms available? The breakfast was like scraping the bottom of the barrel, pretty scarce for a full Irish. And a hair found in our egg for breakfast. But I will say the bar staff were lovely!! Very pleasant. My overall view is it is in serious need of some refurbishment and some new beds comfortable beds.

Great location but beds were a bit small!!

Great location central to everything! The bar and food in the bar was great and really good value!

The car park was a little hard to find but once you find the property the staff do assist with this!

Nice staff and location but the hotel needs updating to enhance comfort

The staff were very nice. The location was great. Breakfast was good.

Had a brilliant weekend at the hotel, would definitely stay there again

The breakfast was good but could have had a little more choice.The staff were excellent and the entertainment at night was brilliant.

Thanks a lot!

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was more than enough. I always wanted to eat something from the buffet but I was full. It was perfect that there's a pub connected to the hotel (live music included). We were enjoying the weekend to the fullest.

The women at reception were lovely and very helpful. The room was nice and clean.

It was a bit expensive for what you get. Breakfast service left a lot to be desired. We were first given the wrong tea/coffee order. Then we were presented with the wrong breakfast. He came back and took back the breakfast and simply handed it to the couple behind us as it was theor order. If I were on that table I would not have been impressed with being handed a breakfast that was sat in front of strangers for a minute or two. Although the service was not great, the breakfast itself was nice.

Would highly recommend for location, value and friendliness.

Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable Location of hotel was right in the middle of everything. Attached bar/restaurant looked amazing, but did not eat there. Breakfast was reasonable and food.
