Top Reception Service.

We could leave luggage in room near reception while moving around and received a message when room ready to check in.Also great to be able to leave bags at reception and come back later in day to meet airport shuttle to airport which reception coordinated!

A neat and tidy appartment in a great location, which is reflected in the price.

The apartment was located in the centre of Christchurch within walking distance to most points of interest. The tram actually travels through the centre of the building. Public transport is located close by. A laundromat is located nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was rather basic, with a narrow bathroom. Air conditioning was provided by a portable unit.

We stayed at 2 Quest apartments in Christchurch & both were excellent for our needs.

Very, very spacious kitchen, dining, lounge & bedrooms. Plenty of light in living areas & small balcony slowed fresh air. Bed very comfortable. Superb location to walk or tram around Christchurch. Restaurants close by. Washing & drying facilities. Free movies. Helpful staff. Tram noise was expected & not a bother & stopped before our bedtime.

Paid carpark very narrow entry & sites are very awkward & small even for a medium sedan. Visitors with larger cars or vans need a different place to park & spaces should be alocated according to size of vehicle. Although kitchen fairly well stocked, but, a larger frypan & either scissors or small sharp knife next time please. Some of us need to cook such as people with food allergies. I have Coeliac disease therefore main reason for booking apartments.

Great place for central Christchurch. Do it!

Location location location

Was away from main building and had to return to get properly coded key. The trans passed under my window but that was ok.

Lovely room and great location.

Room comfortable excellent shower

More towel hanging space/rail since we didn't require clean towels daily. Better dusting behind things like bed/ TV etc

Was contacted on the morning we were traveling to chch to be told that we no longer had a room and was shifted to another hotel. We chose this hotel due to its location being able to walk to where we wanted, but was moved away from where we wanted to be staying.

Great family accommodation, that has good location & clean and tidy to stay at while we where away.

The room we had was conjoined. Having the conjoint apartment was spacious. Overall tidy, good location for what we did during our stay.

great location, very central. Rooms were clean.

No building air con unit. The portable air con unit was permanently fitted to vent to one of the windows in the room which meant the air con unit was in front of the beside cabinet and as it was permanently fitted to the window it could not be moved. With the bedside table and then the air con unit beside the bed it left very little space for getting in and out of bed on the same side - very odd! ok if your a single traveller as you can get out of bed the other side, not so great for couples. there was plenty of space in the room that they could have fitted the aircon unit to the other window away from the bed.

Good Serviced Apartment just above the Tramway, central to downtown attractions.

Apartments were well furnished and clean. One of our friends accidentally locked his card key in his room and only one was provided. Although it was very late hours at 10pm (for NZ), we asked the property for help and the resident manager came down to give us a spare key. 3 days before check-in, they asked if they can swapped our studio unit for 3 people (with extra rollaway bed) to 2 single bedrooms because of a maintenance issue and we were happy with it and done at no extra charge.

Would happily stay here again

spacious apartment with a very comfy king bed, in a very central location. Easy walking distance to a wide range of restaurants.

We were unable to stream or pair our phone to the tv as it was set up for samsung (and I have an iphone)

Great position close to city and tram. Great for exploring the city shops and other facilities. We hadn't been to Christchurch since just after the earthquake so the tram was helpfully in reorientation ourselves. Friendly helpful staff. D

Carpark tricky for bigger cars depending on spaces and one lift meant at times we had to wait awhile if lots of people were going up or down at the same time.

A pleasant apartment in a great location

The location of this Quest is excellent....and quirky. The historic Christchurch tram trundles through the middle of the building! It's an easy walk to most parts of the city - the river, the mall, the Riverside Markets.
