The apartment was clean and a really good space for a week long stay.
The staff were friendly and the view was incredible.
It was a short 20-minute walk into town, or the hotel offers a shuttle in the morning and evening.
No complaints.

Our apartment was in a great position in the complex. Bed was very comfortable. There was a beautiful 2 km path around the lake into Queenstown village. The resort also had organised a shuttle in / out of town . Excellent service. The staff at reception were universally very knowledgeable and delightful to deal with. We shall return.
Nothing.

The view from the balcony and the rooms give a very homey vibe. Perfect for couples

All went well

Location is really well and the lake view is beautiful.
The WIFI is too bad and the network quality is not so well.
And the parking area is in construction, it’s hard to park here when you drive big cars.

The view was amazing and the staff were super friendly!
Cleanliness of the room initially. But the staff turned it around very quickly.

The staff and location were great. Still a walk to the city centre but with the amazing view it is worth it.
Unfortunately, they were under renovation. This detracted slightly, had trouble finding reception! Once this is done though, I would definitely recommend staying here. Again the staff were fantastic!!

Clean
Next door drying clothes in dryer all night.
Temporary reception area so close to room that it was very noisy
Noise from room next door.
Unable to control air temperature. It was so hot at night time that we couldn't sleep. No air con.
No gym or pool.
The amount of money we paid for two nights vs what we got was not worth it.
When we checked out we told the receptionist of our issues but she just wrote it on a piece if paper. Highly doubt upper management or the ones that make decision will ever see it. Sigh

Accommodation was excellent
TV did not work
Access to the property was scary ( negotiating in between scaffolding and bollards on the steep driveway)

Good tv channels.
No hot water. Heater and towel drying did not work. Construction sight and was not informed of this when booking. Construction staff were extremely unpleasant.

Less parking space.
Further away from main town centre.

Rooms were so spacious and the views were stunning!
I didn’t like having to carry our luggage up one flight of stairs to get to the lift, to get to our room from reception.

Great location with awesome views, spacious rooms.
Booked the penthouse, which was a bit rundown.
Very noisy ,bedrooms are at street level can here every car and people talking, also thin walls.

The apartment is very impressive, spacious and well equipped and the view from it is breathtaking, probably the most beautiful view I have seen from a hotel window in the thirty years I have been traveling.
The apartment is very impressive but our experience was absurd, as the bedrooms were hot and stuffy and we had to use fans in the middle of winter! The climate control system is controlled by the reception, which is also absurd. The hotel is under renovation and we actually had to go through a construction site to get to the room. This is a detail that was not given to us when we made the order. Even on good days, the access to the apartments is complicated and a bit claustrophobic.

Such a nice view, the apartment is big, nice decorated, a huge kitchen with everything you need. We had a great night of sleep, the sheets and beds are so good!
It was cold. We could’t change the apartment temperature, the “fireplace” wasn’t working properly. On Booking advertising says they have free transfer to airport but they don’t have. It was quite expensive.

A lovely spacious apartment with fabulous views.
There were several maintenance issues. The dishwasher didn’t drain. Some lights over the island bench needed new bulbs or replacing. The laundry tap had been tied up so it couldn’t be used - obviously a leakage problem. The washing machine needed a good clean.

Comfortable

The gym and room service. However, the shower water pressure was low and the shower made a really loud popping sound everytime the door needed to be open. The balcony was surrounded by windows to the other rooms so not much privacy to leave the curtain open.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is super handy and we had a great view from our room. Room was very spacious and comfortable.
Soundproofing between rooms and floors isn’t the best. Would’ve been nice if the TVs were smart just so you could stream/connect your devices.
