מלון מעולה ומאוד מומלץ

צוות המלון אדיב מאוד. כולם מחוייכים ונעימים תמיד, הכל נעשה בסבר פנים יפות. דואגים לבקשות מיוחדות ועושים את הכי טוב כדי שהאורחים ירגישו בנוח. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת ועשירה.

אין חניה ואין חניון למלון. מאוד לא נוח ומצמצם אפשרויות בילוי.

Für Tel Aviv sehr günstig, aber auch sehr gut

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Zu empfehlen ist das Abendessen. Von Vorteil wäre eine Kennzeichnung des Essens. Leidet war mir nicht jedes Gericht bekannt. Außergewöhnlich ist die Lage. Nicht weit von der Promenade und in der Nähe der großen Hotels. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in der 13.Etage mit Blick auf die Skyline.

After confirming my booking with them they told me there was no room and left me stranded on the street at 3:00 a.m. in the morning

Hotel needs an upgrade. Sheets were old. Also there were massive tour groups arriving and leaving. Never a place to sit in reception.

Good value and great location. Nice staff.

We stayed for 6 days in metropolitan hotel with my friend - in separate rooms. We had to move rooms on the second day of our stay due to some repairs and there were some discomfortable misunderstandings around this. But they upgraded us to bigger rooms and we got a free breakfast which was very tasty and got a good selection of fresh food. Ronit from the reception took a good care of us from this point , and we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is located very close to the beach and it was easy to walk everywhere.

Rooms were a bit noisy. The hassle around having to move rooms but got all super good after that.

Was in a good location, the staff were very friendly and the meals was excellent

We didn't like the carpets in the room, we thought it would be better to have a proper floor that makes the room look more modern and definitely more hygiene, but overall we like the hotel and for sure stay again. Thank you 😊

Great location, the rooms are very basic, but perfectly clean, and that was most important for us. The beach is nearby, and also TLV center.

The pool is relatively small, and we couldn't use it during the weekend.

I had a wonderful stay, which I always do at the Metropolitan.

I have stayed here many times. it’s clean and comfortable, and the staff are amazing. the location is perfect.

The bathrooms in the single rooms are very small.

Friendly staff, well maintained property.

a lot of large tour groups in the hotel. this can sometimes impact and delay in restaurant availability for somewhere to sit. Rooms are not very soundproof.

Horrible….DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was like a small dorm room back in the ‘60s. Windows allowed every noise from the outside. No wash cloths and the towels were extremely thin. Pillows were hard foam. Sorry but liked nothing about this place.

See above….BIG mistake staying here!!!!

I have stayed in most 4/5 star hotels in tel aviv hotels over the past 40 years and this is my first here as my family live in the next road. All the staff make you feel so welcome. I came in December and saw Hila who look me round to see all the rooms and welcomed me back and I had a couple of small issues and the staff and manager Danah resolved them immediately. The location is good near all amenities of the market, and shops, cinema, Jaffa and 2 minutes to the beach. I upgraded to a junior suite and recommend it as loved having the extra space in the room and will ask for the same one again on the 15th floor next time. some of the rooms are a bit dated and it could be modernised in places, but it is what it is! I would definitely come back for my next visit.

it needs modernising in some areas, and also has some cleaning issues but they were resolved.

The hotel worked for us but next time I would check out room dimensions before booking.

We were given a room with a view due to a mix up when the hotel's software couldn't process our Confirmation. Room was pretty. Reception was polite and efficient.

Room was said to be a Suite. It wasn't - in fact it was only an exceedingly small bedroom. The service at breakfast was non existent. Service seemed to be lacking in many hotels.

It’s a nice place, very close to the beach.

Very near U.S. Embassy, parking available (for a fee, and not guaranteed), and they accept credit cards.

Beds were twin size - a little short for me.

The breakfast was more than adequate, location great, staff fantastic, we had a suite with an amazing view of the sea. Reception (both day and night) were fantastic at catering to our special requirements.
