very comfortable stay in the centre of Brisbane

Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Melanie in the executive lounge. Backing on to Queen St Mall it was close to everything

Great for an overnight stay. Had everything you needed, including great bar, and buffet breakfast.

Central location for CBD access, rooms were comfortable, bar downstairs was great as we could have a drink and order food without having to leave. Great communication from staff via text messages to ensure our stay was great and when we needed anything, they were available.

We booked a rate including room, parking & breakfast, but were charged parking as an extra when we left. Once brought to the attention of staff, it was resolved quickly.

Very enjoyable. Would love to return.

Service, location and property facilities were great. Very clean and inviting decor. Executive floor extras were very nice. Staff are obviously trained well and service is of a high standard.

Having vegan and gluten free dietary requirements the breakfast options could have had a little more diversity as these are growing health requirements with a larger demographic.

Memorable for all the right reasons!

The restaurants have always been good, and we stay there often for date night, but this time, we had afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks, dinner, and breakfast there, and the food was the best I have had anywhere. Your current chefs and wait staff are amazing! And where did you find those pillows? They're like sleeping in clouds! I have always loved Brisbane Hilton, a beautiful oasis in the city!

We love the beautiful ambiance of the bar area, then see the piano and think what a waste it is sitting there doing nothing. Having a daughter who is a jazz singer, I'm used to hearing gorgeous jazz voices with piano accompaniment in that environment. I remember when the Hilton was known for that too. Bring it back, please!

Very enjoyable. good location

Location was very good. close to the mall & cafes/restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Any questions or requests we had were answered quickly

The TV was too small & placed on a stand that was low so difficult to watch while lying down. Also it wasnt changing channels easily but a maintenance guy fixed it

Avoid at all costs.

Good Location.

Building is old, rooms are smelly as carpet is very old. Dusty under sofas. I asked for ironing service, they said it's only at certain times, but we provide irons in rooms. I tried to iron my shirt, and as I was steaming my shirt, small rocks and rust came out of the iron and caused stains on my shirt! They asked for a 100$ ''deposit'' when checked in, and said it will be refunded one week after stay, deposit was never refunded and my 100$ disappeared!

Use cash to stop them overcharge

Very welcoming, staff lovely. Good location

The fact that they charged $32 terminal fee on top of an already expensive room cost. We used our visa debit card - our own money then they still slug an extra $32 on top, very greedy. I would recommend you pay in cash when you get there- not happy 😩

Wouldn't waste my money!

Great location and central to the city and what we were there for. Executive suite meal and buffet breakfast is good

Executive suite -, tiny, smelt mouldy, mould in shower, towels thin and ripped, carpet not clean and curtains old - Room had the worst mouldy smell to it and not very clean and tidy very outdated for the price.

朝食やスタッフの応対はとても良かった。ビジネスで予定が詰まっていたため、ゆったりホテル内で過ごす時間がなく、十分楽しめなかったが、とても良い時間を過ごせそうなホテルだと感じた。

特に良くなかった点はなかった。一つ上げるとすればエレベーターが遅いかなと感じたが、不便とまではいかない。

Great location.

Use of executive lounge is always a nice bonus. Afternoon tea was very small- just a slice was available. Canapés were nice and wine was lovely. Great breakfast and good value. Products in bathroom (shampoo etc) were lovely products. David Jones at the doorstep.

Pool area is dated. Thought the bathrooms may have been nicer and there was no bath. Parking was very expensive.

Good place to stay in Brisbane, eould go back.

Rooms were a goid size. Breakfast and the executive lounge was good- a bit more variety would be nice.

Only one roll of toilet paper! Coffee should be included in the breakfast.

All the facilities and spacious room. Breakfast lovely.

The executive lounge a bit small and hours limited. 8pm too early shutting on the weekend. Cheese and crackers be nice during the day. Maybe fruit and nuts.

I expected the room to be flashier. The decor in the room was boring and not exciting for a color scheme.

Upon entering the hotel, the scent was too strong! I told the staff and by the end of my stay, it seemed to be 'turned down' a bit. The fragrance was much more pleasant and enjoyable. I did not understand the 'tray' charge for room service, even though I gave a tip for bringing my food to my room. There were no gluten-free muffins for breakfast (only gluten-free bread).
