Having to stand in line at the Lobby Bar to get drinks. This is not a reflection on the staff who are all very friendly and accommodating but more staff are needed to improve the service at peak times.
It would be great if the crows could be eradicated from the outside dining area. It is lovely to be able to eat breakfast and lunch outside but the crows made it impossible for us to do that as they constantly flock around and swoop down on the tables to grab food. Also, they poop on the tables and chairs.

Nous avons eu un problème d’évacuation d’eau de la sale de bain, nous obligeant à éponger après chaque douche .. malgré le passage de la maintenance !

Unfortunately the shower was not sealed, so it flooded the bathroom at every use.
At the hotel's own beach you cannot swim in the open sea. In fact you only have half of the bay you see on the map. The part of the sea you are allowed to swim in has roughly the size of two Olympic pools.

Die Klimanalage war eine einzige Katastrophe in den Speiseräumlichkeiten.
Nicht verständlich wenn einerseits groß proklmiert wird wie GRÜN die Hilton Kette ist, aber auf der anderen Seite
Energie für Klimaanlagen verschwendet wird, wenn es diese noch gar nicht brauchen würde.
Aus diesen Ansatz sollte die Hiltonkette in ihre Überlegungen zu GRÜN mit aufnehmen.

La camera era molto ampia, luminosa e pulita.
La vista era su un resort abbandonato in ristrutturazione, non proprio il massimo, ma si vedeva comunque il mare.
Il cibo, tutto sommato, non era male, non vi era tantissima varietà.
La spiaggia era favolosa, lo stesso per il mare, davvero tutto fantastico.
La posizione è senz’altro strategica, vicina al centro di Hurghada e a Marina.
Assolutamente non ho apprezzato e non mi è mai capitato che dopo la mezzanotte non si potessero prendere analcolici, NEMMENO l’acqua, se non pagando, davvero assurdo!!!
L’animazione era davvero ripetitiva, più volte ho chiesto una palla per giocare a pallavolo ma mi hanno riferito che non potevamo averlo poiché non era previsto da programma.

The location was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had its own beach which was an added bonus.
This hotel may be 5* but the staff was more like 2*. Some of the restaurant staff were outright racists. We were there for 6 nights and were called China on several occasions. They would get stroppy if we asked them for anything. We were not once asked if we would like anything to drink when blatantly Caucasian holiday makers were offered. NOT everyone was like that but there were a few and that's enough to ruin our long awaited holiday. I must point out that the security staff, cleaners and our snorkeling guide Sayed was very nice. Personally we experienced racial abuse in and outside of resort every single day. Don't recommend Egypt if you're Asian.

A little disappointed that the A la carte menu featuring gluten free food did not really exist so our first night in the cafeteria style noisy restaurant was not enjoyable. Breakfast was much better and after that we ate out

- Room was spacious enough and comfortable.
- Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were provided in the bathroom.
- Happy hours in the evening with free drinks.
- Housekeeping surprised us with birthday decor in our room and a birthday cake on our roommate's birthday!
- Delicious, huge portion and reasonably priced Turkish restaurant with great view of the sea on-site.
- Located beside a shopping mall with simple restaurant and carrefour supermarket, very convenient!
- Air-conditioning and minibar in the room not cold enough.
- Bathroom blinds are quite see through, we need to cover the full length glass with more sheets for privacy.
Not so suitable for non-intimate groups in the same room.
- Seafood restaurant at the seaside is located quite far from hotel, only open for dinner and sea view was non existent from the darkness by evening.
- Need to wear a wristband for security check into hotel and inclusive restaurants meals. Wristband can irritate skin after prolong wearing.
- Need 100 usd deposit in case of damage items in the room, but saw some other guests seemed do not need to pay the 100 usd deposit, not sure why the difference?
- No travel sized toiletries, only big bottles provided in the bathroom which you can't bring away.

Advertise on booking.com that premium King Rooms come with Balcony. They don't. This is unforgivable and the reason why I gave such a low mark.
Substitute swimming pool temperature at 32C. Far too warm for 2/3 days - eventually and after complaining they corrected it to 26c.

Mısır'a kızıl denizdeki doğal güzellikleri izlemek için gidersiniz. Hilton Plaza otelde canlı yok. 4 gün boyunca yüzmek istemedik. Mısır'ı görmek istiyorsanız sakin bu otele gitmeyin. hem paranıza yazık, hem de verdiğiniz parayla rezil olursunuz.

Nisan 18 de otele giriş yaptık. Biraz bekledikten sonra oda kartımızı aldık. Verdikleri oda zeminde güneş ışığı almayan balkonunun karşısında duvar olan bir odaydı. İçerisi inanılmaz derecede rutubet kokuyordu ayrıca zeminle bir olan odayı yürüyerek arkadan geçen herkes görebiliyordu buda bana hiç güvenli gelmedi. Duş aldığımızda odayı su bastı. Denizden sonra mayolarımızı kurutacak bir güneş yok. Resepsiyona bu sorunlarım için başvurdum. güneş gören aynı standarttaki bir oda için ricada bulundum ama karşımda aşalayıcı bir tavırla konuşan iki çalışanla karşılaştım. Mohamed Abdelhalen ve Mazen Alaa .Israrla bu sıkıntıları kabul etmediler. Oda değiştirmek isterseniz günlük 40 usd ödemem gerektiğini söylediler. Sonra çok ısrar ettiğimde başlarından savmak için verdikleri odanın yanındaki odayı verdiler. Resmen alay ettiler.Güzel gideceğini tahmin ettiğiniz tatil bu iki çalışan yüzünden kabusa dönüştü. Sonra konuyu Hilton da üst düzey yönetici olan arkadaşımla paylaştım. O da Mısırda ki yönetici ile konuştu ve çözülmeyecek olan problem bir anda çözüldü ve güneş gören kokmayan ve aynı standartlardaki bir odayla değişildi. Her otelde böyle sıkıntılar ve çalışanlar olabilir ama hilton kalitesinde asla olamaz. birazda otelden bahsedeyim. Oteli Türkiye standartlarına göre kıyaslamayın. Herşey dahil konseptinde alıyorsunuz ama olay bira değişik. Yemekleri vasat. İçecekler tek marka ve kalitesinden ve ne içtiğinizden emin değilsiniz.Markası belli olan bir içecek istediğinizde ve pastaneyi kullanmak istediğinizde ekstra ücret talep ediyorlar. Zannetmeyin herşey ücretsiz. havuz 1 tane var ve çok küçük. Deniz de reef ve balık yok. 500 m ilerde reef var ama 150 usd a tekneyle götürüyorlar. Oradaki reefler de ölü sakın kanmayın. Gece 12 den sonra gündüz içilen meşrubat kahve ve no name içki paralı. Garsonlara para verirseniz ancak görünür olabiliyorsunuz. Özetle bu parayı bu otele vermeyin. Reef i olan daha ucuz ve aynı hizmeti veren çok otel var iyi araştırın.

I liked the place. The entire room was comfortable and clean. I liked the treatment by the staff, not all of them but most. I liked the hotel sending me a welcome card with a plate of fruit and a plate of sweets. I liked the beach and the group of people who became my friends. I extend special thanks to the trainer Lina, Jaya, the DJ man, Maryam. Hani, the spa employee, and his elegant treatment. I loved the activities on the beach. In conclusion, there is nothing new for Hilton hotels, and I am a long-time valued customer of theirs. Thank you, Hilton Hotel, and I wish you the best.
My new reservation was not entered (extension of a day). More than 3 employees from the reception came back and said that there was no problem, but the old room’s account must be closed in case I brought money and came to pay the money at the reception. They told me that there was no reservation and I waited a long time until they found the reservation. Whatever it was, I did not like it. The speakerphone on the beach is insufficient. Also, the services are not good on the beach. It is not possible to order juice or food from your place. I hope the service will fly as it is in most hotels. Also, there are no marine sports. Thank you.

L’équipe d’animation
La piscine fermée qui es notifié nul part lors de la réservation, le bruit des travaux, le personnel pas du tout accueillant, personne nous a accompagné à notre chambre lors de notre arrivée, on a dû porter nos valises seuls. Fuite dans la salle de bain, odeur d'égouts devant la porte. Room service qui ne répond jamais au téléphone et plusieurs autres petits détails.

Uniquement l’emplacement
Je n’estime pas que cet hôtel est digne d’un Hilton on dirait un club med aucune tranquillité. Musique à fond des animateurs qui vous dérange à la plage pour à tout prix vous tirer faire une activité. Petit dej nul il récupère les restes à chaque fois exemple croissant et pain au chocolat. J’étais logé au 7eme étage et de là haut on entendait la musique à fond horrible !!!!! Vraiment jamais je ne reviendrais. J’ai même eu la chance de voir un cafard dans la baignoire ! L’hôtel en a été averti bien entendu.

O quarto era limpo, com uma linda vista. Cama confortável. O hotel em si não dá pra dizer que não é bonito, mas eu esperava mais pelo preço e pelo nome. Boa estrutura na praia.
•All inclusive definitivamente não vale a pena. Pior que já fiquei. Vários momentos do dia ficamos sem opção de comida nenhuma. Tinha opções no restaurante principal que não tínhamos direito. Os cockteis muito mais ou menos. O buffet tem muita opção de comida asiática. A opção de comida na praia é ridícula. Quase inexistente.
•Alguns funcionários eram simpáticos e prestativos. Outros pareciam estar fazendo um favor. Não me senti querida, e olha que passei meu aniversário lá.
•O banheiro tinha um sério problema, que depois de 5 dias passando raiva, me pareceu ser sistemático. Ele simplesmente inunda após um banho de 3 minutos. Chamei várias vezes pra resolverem, mas o funcionário ficava só olhando e não fazia nada. Saia dizendo que tinha resolvido. Próximo banho, mesmo problema. Isso foi bem chato.
•Praia suja. Cheia de plástico/garrafas e afins. Não acho que seja culpa do hotel, mas como a praia é pequena, o hotel poderia providenciar uma limpeza básica da areia para deixar mais limpo e bonito.
