Pool size is amazing!
Everything else. Paid price of 2 people whilst single traveler, even ladies in reception were surprised, raised it to managers and I supposed to get refund and didn't.
Room was not once cleaned nor hoovered (carpets in the room), smell coming from pipes in the bathroom. Upsetting Really.

I like the location, the rooms, beach and food.
A quiet place for relaxation.
On the day of departure, I noticed that someone had deflated my rear tire on the less visible side. Another Romanian car had the same problem. I had checked the car every day and there were no problems until the day of departure. I called the police but I solve nothing.

Nothing
I was booked into marina beach when we arrived it was closed and they had pushed the season back until the end of the month we had no email to inform of this. and had to stay in royal Palace where there were only a few people there and too many steps. There were no shows in the evening at the amphitheatre which are meant to be on every evening.food not great so did not enjoy it at all.

Great location, it is in fact a wider complex of several facilities. Sea water was superb, clean, warm and transparent rarely found on the Black Sea coast. Wonderful view from the room. Several pools available, also a small "aquapark" with water slides and stuff, all very clean and well maintained. Beach volley and football facilities, a couple of beach/pool bars, a gyros kiosk and a great evening bar/terrase with a view. The hotel made quite an effort to provide entertainment activities during the day and evening, including beach parties and camp fire.
No Brits at all, a few Germans and Belgians, several Romanians and Russians but mostly Bulgarian turists.
Food was OK-ish, nothing memorable and repetitive.
Rooms were properly cleaned every day. Staff was warm and willing to help, knowledge of English was generally modest, but some of them spoke Romanian or German so in general you could get by.
Sozopol old town nearby is a pitoresque jewel, a very nice little place to visit and enjoy a decent coffee, ice-cream or a lunch with fresh fish when tired of all-inclusive food.
Bathroom smell was horrible even if it was cleaned daily, and we kept all drain holes covered, it really smelled like a public toillet.
Quite/very crowded.
Coffee poor, drinks selection quite limited and of relatively low quality.
Few items of furniture or appliances were older and malfunctioned/needed repair.
Both my younger son and myself had stomach /intestine problems, nor sure of it was a bacteria or a enterovirus. It went away with treatment in 2 days, the rest of the family was OK.

Pleasant accommodation with a great beach, delicious food.
During the afternoon we lacked the availability of fruit or ice cream, which were only available for lunch and dinner.

Top location. Close to the beach. Nice sand and clear sea water. Housekeeping was amazing. Doing their best every day! Lady who cleaned our room was very nice. Thank you!
Hotel is old. No WiFi in the rooms. Only in the lobby. For 5 star hotel this is absurd.
Restaurant personnel was completely lost. Very un helpful. They look like upset at all times. If you ask something it was like pushing them to work. Food was alot, but not the best in quality.

Perfect place, amazing complex, such an amount of restaurants and so good entertainment for the kids at one place is rear.
Inside pool is very cold - for such an expensive hotel with such amount of money invested is …
Need at some moment some renovations- not so big but is going to make it even times nicer.

Courteous staff - each & every one. Excellent food selection well prepared & presented. Concern for guests regarding Covid.19. We were fortunate to be up-graded to Duni Palace as Marina Beach had already closed for the season - lucky us.
