Excellent location near the park and botanic gardens at least in late spring it's absolutely beautiful, 5-ish minute walk from the town hall square, there's supermarket not far and a gallery a bit further. Great breakfast choice Ok rooms.

Parking behind ramp, good breakfast, friendly staff, spatious and clean rooms and the location is good and very near the city center (5 minutes walk).

Restaurant closed at 8:30 pm on Saturday evening, sauna and pool closed before 8 pm, not working at all on Sunday, which was a shock, we have chosen this hotel only because of sauna/pool, that's terrible, no info in advance. The bar closed at 10 pm. Like in the middle of nowhere, not a normal 4 star hotel in the nice CZ city, not what one may expect. It may not be a 4 star hotel by any standards.

Free secured parking, perfect location and rich breakfast buffet.

Very old furnitured hotel, lot of noise in the room and thin walls. Not worth the money.

Staff is super friendly, location just brilliant, especially with a dog (right next to the park), very well kept and spacious charging stations (2) for an electric car right next to the entrance.

No real problems, but in the hallways of the rooms the age shows a bit. But they are renovating floor by floor. Othewise, nothing to complain.

Breakfast was really good, big choice, from sweet to savory. Service was really good as well, maybe to crowdy but that's because was an international table tennis tournament ongoing.

Great place to stay. Rooms was comfortable, clean and tidy. Easy free parking, park just in front of the hotel. Close to city centre.

Even though there was a kettle in the room, there was no coffee, only not very tasty tea bags.

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The reception was very friendly and helpful and dealt with all requests to my satisfaction. The room and bathroom were clean and I felt very comfortable. Overall though it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay and together with a very good breakfast I think you get good value for your money.

The only negative from my point of view was that the bed and pillows were too soft, but of course that is my personal preference. And the operation of the lobby bar only until 11pm surprised me a bit especially on Saturday, I would have liked to have a drink here after a hard workday, which unfortunately was no longer possible after my arrival at the hotel at 23:15.
